We did not like the other hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. and we asked for a change of hotel. After coming to this hotel, we realized that this country is bad in hotel management. And very bad. It was the second time we stayed at the hotel.It is a little oasis in the heart of Jerusalem with a lot of history. The staff are attentive and very helpful. It is a special place. Can highly recommend.

This hotel has seen its best days. It’s tired and desperately in need of a refresh. The charming old work decor is tacky and out dated. The staff were so nice but often lack competence. E’g bringing room service but forgetting the cutlery. At these prices everything should be first class. The pool and garden are fabulous. A perfect oasis. There is nothing nearby to eat or go out. You’ll need a taxi.
The food was also very disappointing. Very poor standard considering their target market.
