Bezalel Hotel - an Atlas Boutique Hotel

One of the best hotel experiences of our lives . I’ve never seen service like this anywhere ! Every employee but especially Razan and Valeria at Reception were so genuinely helpful / service oriented way above & beyond . Food at breakfast & free Happy Hour was beyond plentiful & delicious . This truly is a home away from home .

We had a conferense in jerusalem for two days, we made an exekent chioce to choose Bezalel Hotel it is licated in the center of the city near machne yehuda marjet and ben yehuda street. The room was great spoiling breakfast, the workers are very drived to make guests fill most welcome.

My sister-in-law and I stayed at the Bezalel Hotel for one night. A small boutique hotel, with comfortable beds and clean rooms. The service by Razan at the reception was courteous, professional and humane. The entire hotel staff, including the dining room, was very courteous and smiling. The hotel's location is unbeatable. There is no parking for the hotel, but they give a 25% discount in the nearby parking lot.

Staff was friendly and helpful! The hotel is located in a central place, which makes it a good choice for an urban vacation in Jerusalem.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was solid, and staff were very attentive and helpful! Razan at the front desk was exceptional! She helped with everything - from check in to breakfast to helping procure drivers and day trips. She was really amazing!!!

We loved our stay here. The guest rooms and the public rooms are nicely decorated, but it's the staff that makes this hotel really special. They are warm and welcoming. And they worked well together, which contributes our comfort. Although some may find the breakfast on the pricey side, the quality makes it absolutely worth it in my view. Very yummy! A plentiful array of salads, smoked salmon and marinated herring, fruit, cheeses, yogurt and fresh honey, shakshuka and other hot dishes, plus eggs to order and coffee to order. And pastries and breads. The "ordinary" brewed coffee was excellent, which is pretty unusual for hotel coffee, in my experience.

The hotel staff did their outmost to make our stay perfect. We had great rooms. The happy hour every afternoon is very special. We had help with dinner reservations. We had a great time. Also the hotel location is great. Most places in city center are within walking distance.

Beautiful boutique hotel, very warm welcoming staff, particularly Razan. Nicely designed comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and relaxing rooftop balcony and street level patio. Highest recommendation.

My only complaint was the smallness of the room and no counter space in the bathroom. Those shortcomings were overshadowed by the amazing service and friendliness of the staff.
