The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!

It is a simple 3-4 star hotel. That being said, the staff is very friendly and good. The breakfast was not gourmet but very good. and the location is fabulous. I would definitely return.

It's a very nice hotel located on a quiet street very close to the main street with all the transportation. Walkable distance to the small grossery store and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at the Prima Royale Hotel! The location is perfect—right in the center of Jerusalem, close to many attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and recently renovated, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was a real highlight—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fresh, delicious, and offered a nice variety. The rooftop is spacious with an amazing view of the city—definitely worth a visit during your stay. A special thank you to Eliran, the assistant general manager, for his kindness and attentiveness. The service throughout the hotel was excellent—professional, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommended!
