The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at this Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Excellent hôtel au style épuré avec un emplacement à 300m de la vieille ville avec un trajet piétonnier! Les chambres sont confortables, mais il manque dans la salle de bain une ou deux patères pour accrocher un peignoir ou un drap de bain. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est excellent.L’ensemble du personnel est à votre écoute et très disponible avec mention spéciale pour Stéphane le concierge qui a pourvu à toutes les demandes avec un très grand professionnalisme.

We had a very good time at the Mamilla Hotel. We were offered excellent service , especially by Stephane. We had a great diner at the Happy Fish restaurant and amazing breakfast every morning. The room had a beautiful city view, and a spacious bathroom.

Nice, clean and fresh hotel with excellent and polite service. The rooms are a little smaller than in used to but exceptionally clean and in a good state. Staff are polite and friendly. Great location with everything in reach. A special shout at to Mark at reception, who is very helpful and gets things done :)

the hotel is magnificent, but really what makes it so special is the incredible attention from the staff. The customer service is absolutely excellent. But the front desk staff and the dining hall staff took care of any need and we’re never bothered by us asking too many questions. A perfect location in the heart of Jerusalem. You couldn’t pick a better place for your stay.

As I arrived I had a warm welcome by Mark. From that minute, my experience was exceptional. He quickly checked us in He was professional and kind. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I was impressed by the staff and how clean it was.
