The room faces a 4-lane main boulevard and trafic noise is heard day and night. Windows are not sound proof. There is limited hitel parking and I had to park outside the guarded hitel compound.

Please do yourself a favour and DONT book this property. It’s expensive. It’s really far out (expensive taxi ride to get anywhere)…the rooms are dirty. The staff try their best but are pretty incompetent to fulfil orders in their restaurant (where we waited more than half hour for a basic order) as waiters ran around ignoring us. And to add to that all when we were there we tried to sit down for a relaxing morning coffee and had works going on around us. There are much better places to book which are much better value

Very good service, courteous staff, excellent breakfast, very good overall impression, good location for our activities, bus stop within easy walking distance, overall very good, we were guests here for the second time

The cleanliness ,the service ,the pool and the food were all outstanding. The staff were helpful and charming. This hotel is an Island of tranquility ,very close to Jerusalem. WE hope to revisit at another time.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable and elegant. The swimming pool is beautiful and the breakfast is super stocked and also the free parking! The only sore point is the location. Very far from the historic center of Jerusalem. Not well connected by public transport. There is only one bus that goes to the center, the stop is almost a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and this bus runs every 30-40 minutes and it takes a half hour bus ride to get there. if you want to be convenient to the center this is not the right place!

The first impression is very positive, especially the spacious outdoor area in the protected area creates a pleasant ambience. The large, light-flooded lobby makes checking in a pleasure. The rooms are larger than average and well equipped, although the air conditioning takes a little getting used to. The beds are excellent and the sanitary facilities are ergonomically designed. Special mention should be made of the almost gigantic hotel pool, the size of which dwarfs anything we have experienced anywhere else in the world. All in all, an extraordinary hotel experience that we would like to repeat as soon as possible.
