Ambassador Hotel

Booked for my line manager, and overall, it seems to have been a good choice. The hotel has a solid reputation, and the feedback was positive. It offers a comfortable stay, professional service, and a calm atmosphere. While I didn’t stay personally, everything appeared to go smoothly and without complaints.

Lovely Hotel! They welcome you like family and take care of your every need with a smile. Buffet dining, restaurant, garden pavilion and patio are all top notch and can be casual or dressed up for any type of event. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Balcony rooms overlook a lush garden and also give you a peak at the city beyond so you feel like you get the best of both worlds. We have stayed for a few weeks for the last four years and would stay there again in a heartbeat individually or again with our group. Iyad in the Dining room remembers you from year to year with classy service and always a smile. While we were there Issa, the General Manager for our group, made our stay fun & friendly. His communication and group service skills were second to none & especially appreciated.

A favorite place to stay while visiting Jerusalem, been there many times! Great location and beautiful property. The food was some of the best we had and the staff was amazing. Looking forward to our next visit!

The Ambassador hotel has comfortable rooms, a lovely cafe, and exceptional staff. Randa checked me in and continued to follow up with me to make sure I had everything I needed for my two weeks stay. This is my go-to business hotel in Jerusalem.

My second time staying at the hotel. It is always such a pleasant experience. This time though, the kind hearted lady Randa helped with both our check in, and check out. Got a room upgrade, and her gentle friendly personality made us feel welcome.

Our stay in the Ambassador Hotel was a real pleasure. We loved being right in Jerusalem, within walking distance of the Old City. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and loved the view of the garden and the city from the terrace where we enjoyed our lunches. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home, especially the waitress whose name started with “E” who served us at lunch, and Iyad who was always on the ready at dinner. Special order fried eggs over easy at breakfast were a treat. The buffets were delicious. I was grateful upon check-in after our trans-oceanic flight to be offered some refreshing juice and to be directed to our room. I always felt like things were clean, including our room which was regularly refreshed. In our room we were not disturbed by any noise, though some of our friends staying on the other side of the hotel were entertained by at least one evening party on the patio.

I recently stayed here for four weeks and had a lovely time. The room was well-maintained, the food was great, and the staff was ever helpful and friendly (thanks especially to Iyyad and Karma who always had smiles for us). It's in a convenient location not too far from the light rail or bus stop, but the front desk is always happy to arrange a cab for you if you need other transportation.

I had a fantastic experience at the Ambassador Hotel! The building is beautiful and kept in pristine condition. Every member of the staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful, and the housekeeping team did a perfect job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!
