Small room (smaller than pin pictures) but bed comfortable. TV Channel choice not great. Shower was in a bathtub - old room and needs refurbishing. Room service was good and on time. AC worked well in the room. Reception helpful and will call taxis for airport, local or for the border and the taxis they call offer reasonable prices. Location was not bad - 10 min ride to old city or 25 min walk. Breakfast ok with a selection of hot, cold and bakery items. An old hotel which has probably seen better days but works for a few days stay as a base.

This hotel is centrally located, you can walk around the area. The room was nice and comfortable. We were a group of 40+ people. The restaurant offer very good buffet with a good variation of food and the service was excellent. The WiFi signal was good enough. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel bem “honesto” em Jerusalém! Boa localização, quarto bom com boas acomodações. Mais do que se precisa para descansar, já que o resto do dia estará na cidade murada! Comida boa, sobremesas deliciosas Tem um bar “ok” na recepção Gostei!

Surprising Hotel, always more improvements !! I am a frequent visitor for Ambassador Jerusalem and always find new improvements provided to visitors. Hotel team are so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Rooms are very clean … Food is perfect outstanding especially the restaurant providing the best food in Jerusalem. Thank you Ambassador 🙏🏻🥰

soundproofing is insufficient, all sounds are heard. on Saturday morning at 6 am, the cleaners are vacuuming. a very strong smell of food wafted up from the dining room to the second floor. the rooms seem to be about 100 years old, all dirty and dirty. the air conditioner creaks strongly, avoid this hotel. and very expensive

I ordered a cake from the pastry shop in the hotel and Ibrahim (i forgot his last name), the manager of food and beverage really helped me and even delivered the cakes to the car. Always the best. And I also ran into chef Ashayer who cooked my wedding meals for my guests in 2021

The location was great. The negatives: the food was mediocre; the internet service in our room was not working; the safe & room lock needed fixing & a shortage of towels & washcloths. All things considered, the Ambassador Hotel would not be our choice next time.
