Un habitacion muy sencilla. Esperaba más después de ver la calificación del hotel. El closet no abría y en el pasillo había un mal olor. No puedo decir que el hotel es malo, me pareció ok. Le hacen faltan pequeños detalles que pueden hacer la habitación más confortable aunque finalmente termino cumpliendo mis necesidades no quede totalmente satisfecho sobre todo por el costo beneficio. El personal del hotel muy amable en general siempre dispuestos a orientarnos en la ciudad. Cerca, de la ciudad amurallada, restaurantes, bares, tiendas.

I always choose this small, nice ,clean, well maintained and sweet hotel for my stays in Jerusalem. Not least the good service. It is very close to the city center and other atracctions. The price per night is really worth taking into consideration the prices in Israel.

Hotel muy cómodo, ubicado cerca de las calles Ben Yehuda y King George V, ideal para conocer el barrio antiguo pero también la zona moderna [donde se encuentra por ejemplo el Museo de Israel y también la zona del mercado Yehuda]. El desayuno es excelente. Contratamos allí mismo en la recepción las excursiones

A fantastic hotel, close to Ben Yehuda Street and Jaffa Street, with an easy walk to the old city. It’s close to everything with a huge selection of restaurants from high end to fast food/street food. The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the food in the restaurant is delicious. The Shabbat lunch buffet is a little on the expensive side, but there was plenty of selection for anyone. I am looking forward to staying here again in the very near future!

Muy buena ubicación para conocer Jerusalém, porque se encuentra prácticamente en la mitad de la distancia entre la ciudad vieja y la parte nueva. El hotel es antiguo pero confortable, el desayuno buffet es muy completo [incluso para veganos] y la habitación dispone de escritorio y pequeña heladera. Muy buena disposición de los recepcionistas, que suministran información de las excursiones que pueden contrat**** directamente en el hotel.

Room is very small. Does have a porch with no good view.
Breakfast is ok. Salad good. Eggs are ok. One day there was waffles with chocolate sauce. Another day
there were pancakes. Steamed coffee excellent.
People were nice and helpful.

One of the receptionists was rude, grumpy and uninterested. Didn’t welcome or say hi, any questions I asked he seemed upset and bother.I mentioned to him those are not manners if you work in customer service and he said he doesn’t have a problem. He was challenging and not qualified to be doing that role.
