Very good hotel; breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing!
Service and staff (Palestine) were totally caring.
The only thing is the cleanliness in the room … could be better. And we only got 2 small towels for 2 person.

I love this hotel. The rooms are individual and quirky with lots of Palestinian heritage touches. The staff are mega friendly and great at remembering regular guests. The menu is reasonable and portions are large but do ask about specials, which are often for one night only. There steps from street level to the restaurant and then to both bedroom floors so folk with mobility issues may struggle but the hotel will assist if they can I really recommend giving the hotel a try or, at least, having a meal there

International intrigue, smaller and personal. No large tour groups but more intimate and historical atmosphere. Close walking distance to the Damascus Gate of the old city.

Very nice place with a homey feel. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. My only comment would be on the bath towels, they could get newer ones. Room and bathroom were very clean and welcoming. We were able to walk to the old city, even late at night and felt very safe. We found nice local restaurants with Awesome food, even a little convenience store open late where we could buy snacks.

The Jerusalem Hotel is a smaller boutique hotel, very clean, awesome staff that would go out of their way to offer their guest a nice experience. There also a very good restaurant on the property with some of the better food We had experienced in Jerusalem.
