It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Old City of Jerusalem, and one tram stop away. If you take the train from the airport, get off the train and transfer to the tram, and walk for 5 minutes. Don't take a taxi. The hotel staff is very helpful. The breakfast and happy hour are very rich. There are free bicycles for guests to use. It is in a very busy area. It was very lively during Sukko, and I went downstairs to experience the happy Feast of Tabernacles. I stayed in this hotel for ten days and it was a very good experience.

Hotel is a small boutique hotel in the central part of Jerusalem just off of Jaffe street. Very convenient location. Staff very friendly. Room with a view was a construction site. Breakfast was plentiful and very good selection. We were there Oct. 7. The staff ushered us to the bomb shelter located within the building several times. They were helpful, informed and assisted in any way to guide patrons through this ordeal.

Hotel Arthur is centrally located near the light train station that will transfer you to the Old city and to the Holocaust museum. Mahmoud and Sevana and the team arranged for us the transportation to / from the hotel, and recommended tour guides at our request. Pedestrian area with alternatives to eat. Great breakfast. All hotel Employees were friendly . Will stay again here when visiting Jerusalem.

The property and location are wonderful. The was friendly and helpful. It was a little tricky getting a cab but once you learned what to do, it all worked out.
