We spent 2 nights at the hotel. It is located in the cebter of West City , where there are a lot of cultural, architectural as well as many restaurants and pubs. The old City is 5-10 minutes on foot, and Light Train is 2 minutes/ So, the location is superb. Our room was in the 7 st floor, quite spacious with all the amenities. From the window we had nice glance of the interesting surrounding, and from the Dining Room at the 11 st floor there is magnificent panoramic view of Jerusalem. The staff was very polite and efficient. The hotel is accesible for carts and wheelchairs. One of the best hotels in Jerusalem.

The amazing thing about TripAdvisor, is all my reviews are based on my very honest experience to share it with the world, and telling how you feel as a hotel guest and the you go through is something should always be out there to the world. Yes the hotel is not that bad, its ok. I made my booking for 2 reasons, one was to do a photoshoot with my model, and the rest of the evening for me to relax and enjoy. Checking in was smooth and fast. My booking was made by the manager Mr. Fadi Barakat, with a nice little gift a bottle of wine and dinner included, and love to say thank you for that. The rooms, the good and the bad. The room I booked was the deluxe, was nice and clean. to summarize the best part, it was the bed, very comfortable and relaxing night. but the other issues comes as whats really important also in the room, for example the tv. As far as I know, the tv is very important thing in the room, to watch something or to listen to music, and my experience was bad and embarrassing front of my friends when we even try to play some music. The internet was really bad, tv was kind of going nuts by it self, so staying in the room to relax between four walls, was not a good option. There is coffee and tea in the room, and was only one plastic spoon for everything, so after it was used, how can we drink or make coffee or tea again. I was promised to have with my room, fruits next to my wine, but for the whole stay didnt happen at all. The breakfast in general got alot of alot of things going on, didnt like the fact the cooks on their phone when I had to ask for eggs meal, there was no bread. Alot of confusion with the layout of food there, its like alot for nothing. The dinner was kind of worse, me and my friend went up for dinner, the food was confusing to even look at, so we took whats the safest, chicken and rise, there was no souse or gravy, so all was super dry, the mix of food there is just does not fit or compliment each other. The other annoying part, we wanted to drink something cause of the dry food we had, try rice and chicken, the waiters were just walking around, and not even one was bothers, to ask if everything ok, or if we even want to drink something with our dry meal. Of course why bother, so they just walk around till we have to ask the chief to drink something, so the chief have to call the walking waiters. The most annoying thing was the check out. The hotel manger told me when I checked in that its ok for late check out, as not that busy. I thanked him alot for that, so I can sleep extra hours or so. But all I head at 10:45 the door knock and knock nonstop. I turned on the non distribute light, so I wont get this kind of of annoying visits. But after so many knocks, I just yield, I dont need house keeping and Im checking out late. Then the guy said open the door, so I thought the hotel in a state of emergency, and went running to see what happen. He told me whoever that guy was, you need to leave at 11, I told him I

Hotel rated 5 stars but hopefully it should be 4 or 3, we asked for ice and you have to go down for the ice to the bar and carry a plastic bag to take it to the room. The room was cleaned in 10 minutes and the trash was left in the trash can for 2 days.
