We arrived at the hotel with a car, and although there was plenty of indoor parking, the hotel refused to allow me to park inside and sent me to park in a distant outdoor parking lot.
The room ordered was for 3 guests, and despite that there was not really a place to sleep for 3 guests, only one double bed.
The hotel should have offered a suitable alternative and not advertised this room.
The hotel's biggest problem is that all the rooms face the highway, and even so, the hotel didn't bother to put in double glazing, and the noise from the highway is terrible.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city.
It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel.
Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly.
Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

We stayed for one night and we found it very clean. And the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and everything was clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed my stay there.

A perfectly decent hotel struggling to stay afloat amidst a lack of tourism. The Ramada was quick to take in evacuees from the north, some of whom are still there- and have gone out of their way to make them comfortable. The breakfast was quite good although there was no egg station. The coffee was excellent.

Hotel was rather overpriced for what they offered A courtesy bowl of fruit and water would have been nice. The air condition and no room control and was freezing. But we met some nice people there ALso why was the proayer for our soldiers not said during the services

The hotel was fine. One main reason i didn't give 5 stars. We arrived at 10pm to get 2 rooms that were prepaid. There was no line at reception. Why does it take 15 minutes to process 2 rooms that were prepaid? the breakfast buffet was particularly good.

The staff of the hotel are very kind. The meals are awsome. Everything in the hotel is clean and in good condition. The rooms are big and comfortable. The lobby is great, comfortable an huge. We had a great time in the hitel and we are planning to visit again.

Staff is very helpful and stay was wonderful in kasauli Ramada Nice weather in Kasauli and Ramada hotel in the mid of mountains surrounding greenary Food and service excellent Roof top view at night with open bar is ausome.
