Beautiful classic hotel. Excellent service. Quiet rooms. Aircondioning was just right. Beautiful view from the 8th floor premium room with bacony. Rich breakfast. We took a deal with free entrance to the business lounge where they changed the menus 3 times a day.

La chambre avec vue sur la vieille ville...la gentillesse du personnel (merci la conciergerie) , les petits déjeuners qui sont de vrais spectacles (les cuisiniers!) et d'une diversité incroyable: pour tous les goûts et tous les régimes. Je reviendrai!

Особенную благодарность я хотела выразить управляющему ресепшен Махмуду за терпение и желание помочь и сделать наш отдых отличным ! Мы остались очень довольны , приедем еще .

Rooms unclean & very dusty with only superficial cleaning/tidying. Staff is very rude. Toilet broken and they were not able to fix it that day or switch us. Manager very dismissive. Hotel does not function as a 5 star hotel- more like 2 stars. We were disgusted and switched hotels mid- visit.

The Inbal is a very clean, comfortable and well run hotel. The food was excellent and the location is ideal. The only caveat would be that parking is limited (which we knew prior to arrival), but the staff was very helpful in guiding us to free parking that was available close to the hotel.

Very enjoyable time, attentive and courteous staff, beautiful rooms and excellent food. The hotel is in a prime location in Jerusalen few steps from Yemin Moshe and may attractions. We definitely recommend The Inbal for a great stay. Thank you so much.
