"My stay at Saladin Boutique Hotel in Jerusalem was comfortable and satisfying. The staff were courteous and ensured that all my requests were promptly addressed. I also appreciated their diligence in replenishing toiletries whenever needed. The only limitation was the restriction on eating inside the room, which may be important for some guests to note. Nevertheless, the hotel’s service and attentiveness contributed to a positive overall experience."

"The hotel is neat and clean, and the room is odorless. The environment is comfortable and quiet. However, transportation is not very convenient. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced and unable to provide timely assistance."

"I made a mistake with the dates - and the hotel and/or Trip.com was unable to accommodate a change of dates so I was charged for the hotel and did not stay there. That was a bummer. Of course, because I couldn't make a change to the reservation (I discovered the mistakes minutes after I booked it) I was unwilling to book with this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Future travel will not encourage me to stay here."

"This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms."

"Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly. Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus."

PS: It is recommended that Ctrip correct the name of the hotel to Notre Dame Hotel. The first two words of the hotel name are exactly the same as those of the famous Notre Dame de Paris. Notre is French for ”my” and dame is French for ”madam”. Put together, notre dame is My Lady in English. It has nothing to do with ”the north”. Please modify it to avoid misleading. Thank you!"

"The room is not big, but it is very clean. The location is very good, very close to the tram, 4 stops to the center station, and don't worry about traffic jam. It is within walking distance from the Yafa gate of the old city. Evening city life style is very full. Recommend friends self-guided tour to choose this hotel"
