The hotel is luxurious and extremely comfortable. The amenities are first rate. The food is wonderful. The best feature is the staff. Everyone, from bellboys, to waiters, reception people, concierge, and the cleaning staff- all warm and friendly, helpful, kind, and professional.

Great service.. Great staff. Huge selection of tasty food. Everyone but everyone there is very diligent and friendly. Very clean... 2 types of completely different pillows so u can pick. one you like. Bedding towels are great.pool was heated! Kudos for that!

We spent two days at the hotel and used the SPA. The room was fine. The food was average SPA service was beyond criticism... The hotel's customer service - there is no such thing. They do not respond to emails or inquiries through the hotel website. We will no longer return to them and will pass this recommendation on to our friends as well.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Lifeguard Services at Inbal Hotel Dear Facility Manager, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lifeguard services provided at Inbal Hotel. As a frequent visitor, I have always appreciated the sense of safety and professionalism that your team has maintained. However, my last visit on March 2024, was concerning and fell short of the standards I have come to expect. On this day, I observed the lifeguard on duty displaying a lack of attention and vigilance. There were multiple instances where the lifeguard was distracted by their phone, which is unacceptable given the critical nature of their role. Additionally, the response time during a minor incident was slower than expected, raising questions about preparedness and training. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the role of a lifeguard is too important to be taken lightly. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and appropriate measures are implemented to ensure that the lifeguard staff at Inbal Hotel remains alert and ready to act at all times. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements and continuing to enjoy my time at Inbal Hotel. Sincerely,

This is the best hotel in Jerusalem and I have stayed at many. We stayed in a room located n the new wing facing the old city of Jerusalem. The room was tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. The room also had a terrace. If you can afford it, go for this choice. The buffet breakfast has something foe everyone and is delicious. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful
