Outstanding customer care! We had a family trip. We had four rooms and everyone arriving at different times!!! The staff went out of their way to make sure we could have rooms earlier and all needs met. The location of the hotel is so convenient! Breakfast is amazing!! Rooms were clean! Overall we were quite pleased.

Wow! It was amazing! The food, the room, the pool and the service. I would like to thank Ortal the hotel manager! she was so nice and helpful! Thank you so much!! We will be back! I recommend to take the dinner at the balcony. It was a great and tasty experience.

Kitchen was very unorganised and kitchen staff were very unhelpful. Opened the doors for meals too late, through most of the time, and allowed people they know to take over the queue. Wet floor, and asked the guests “to be careful since they just finished to wash” (after they opened too late to open again).

The welcome was outstanding. I was greeted with gifts and wine in my room. The breakfast was an enormous buffet with the most delicious variety of foods. My room was upgraded to an outstanding view of the old city. I could just gaze at it all day. The service particularly at breakfast was wonderful. The staff could not have been more attentive and in particular Ronit the customer relations manager. I can’t wait to come back. She made my staff special

Lovely workers that always help, clean rooms, the food in the dining room was delicious and had a wide range of options, and the pool is so refreshing and fun! I would recommend to anyone, from solo travelers to families. Can’t wait to come back again!
