From reception, boarding, housing facilities, room service, dining and more. They are all five-star or above, and the highest is 6-star service. The only disadvantage is that the room size is relatively small.

My wife and I had a fantastic visit over the Chag. Our 5th floor room overlooking the old city was large up to date and beautiful. The hotel service was top notch and all the staff was helpful and accommodating. We look forward to our next visit!!

Overall---a wonderful stay. The room (duplex suite) was outrageously amazing (though a drop cleaner here and there would have been nice). The extras they provided for our celebration of my birthday were so very generous. The food in the Grill Room was absolutely excellent. The service in all parts of the hotel was fine and friendly. But, there was just one thing missing...the Concierge Manager, Jeremy Weiss, wasn't there on the day of our arrival. As American Express Platinum return guests, the service we have always enjoyed from Jeremy Weiss is one of the highlights of our stays at the King David. His personal touch and attentiveness are simply extraordinary, and we missed it.

Always a comfort to return to the beautiful KD. but the hotel rooms need to be upgraded to include more electrical outlets, inclyding in the bathroom for a hairdryer, adjacent To the sides of the bed for iPhones and iPads. Also, the breakfast was deliciously extensive, but, curiously, lacked butter, cream cheese, and low-fat cream cheese.

Service en-dessous de ce qui est imaginable. L'hôtel nous a chargé 2 fois et nous attendons toujours le remboursement depuis Septembre. Quand on parle à la réception on se croirait plusieurs centaines d'années en arrière. Si il y a quelqu'un qui sait lier dans cet hôtel vous nous devez toujours 3199,99 ILS.

We had a beautiful vacation at the King David hotel. The room was nice, the pool was relaxing, the staff was incredible and the breakfast was delicious! Osher, the guest relations manager was kind and generous taking care of everything we needed to make it a special birthday vacation for us! :)

excellent location, staff and facilities. food was very good, garden and outside pool are a paradise. no need to drive. you can walk to major worldly sites. mostly archeologic. shopping there as well. charming mix of very old and very modern
