- The bed was with dirty sheet, with hairs and holes on it.
- No hair dry in the bathroom.
- The floor is stone without carpet, cold to step on it
- The location is good, the old city is close
- The personnel is polite

建議攜程不要向中國同胞推薦此酒店，酒店2星都不到，是阿拉伯人經營，周圍環境極其混亂，沒有規矩，除了有停車，沒有一點優點。吐槽此酒店。沒有我們國人喜歡的一樣東西。建議攜程在預訂頁面註明，否則影響攜程名譽。我作為貴賓會員誠實點評。

Very good location just 5 minutes to the old city Herod gate, besides the breakfast is good and the restaurant on the 4 floor is nice.

What an amazing experience, service was on point. The food was very nice we asked for different item on menu and the next day it’s was made for us. I will be rebooking when I return again. Well done for the hard working you guys are putting in. Thank you

Très déçu pour notre cadeau de saint Valentin L’hôtel ne mérite pas trois étoiles La télévision ne fonctionnait pas La télécommande n’avait plus de couvercle 3 prises ne fonctionnaient Une serviette de toilette que nous avons utilisée comme tapis de bain car elle était très abîmée Nous avons retrouvés des cheveux dans la douche Des cintres de pressing - Un restaurant de cantine Les tables de nuit étaient à l’autre mur de la chambre Nous avions plutôt l’impression d’être dans un airbnb Je ne recommande pas Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas

Nicest samosas, spring rolls, potato bites, chicken tenders & lemon juice ever. Absolutely lengerz bruv 🔥🔥 Great service. Friendly staff about. Especially the cafe. Akhi Yaqoob is a great guy in the cafe. God bless all the staff for their hospitality.
