I made a mistake with the dates - and the hotel and/or Trip.com was unable to accommodate a change of dates so I was charged for the hotel and did not stay there. That was a bummer. Of course, because I couldn't make a change to the reservation (I discovered the mistakes minutes after I booked it) I was unwilling to book with this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Future travel will not encourage me to stay here.

Was very happy with my stay at the hotel. The room is clean and there is housekeeping service every day. The room is spacious for myself, and there is a small pantry area which is very helpful.

Convenient location. There's a small refrigerator, a small microwave oven, plus dishes and utensils. Friendly front desk. Housekeeping can be slow at times.
