Harmony Hotel - an Atlas Boutique Hotel

It should be fully refundable or not. I have not lived there after made this reservation. The stupid cab driver drove me to another hotel opposite direction.

The hotel is in a prime location, in a walking distance from the local market and close to the street car. The staff is friendly. 5 O'clock is served with wine, nice variety of snakes and fruit. The rooms are very convenient. Parking is available at extra cost.

We really liked the location of the hotel, both central and quiet. Very close to the light rail that allowed mobility to wherever we wanted to go. The reception staff and the hotel manager were kind and attentive to our requests. We spent 3 magical days at the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay of one night. Super central, lovely rooms, very clean, the reception team was polite and helpful in every way. Breakfast was great. Would definately come back and stay again. We stayed with a group of friends and all of us were happy with our stay.

We have a tradition to spend a mommy-daughter time in Harmony. This visit was our 8th visit and it was fantastic! The location is perfect and the service is amazing. The room was extremely clean and the food was great. We are looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I stayed here in early March 2024. It was our 5th trip staying at The Harmony and it did not disappoint! The service is great-the staff helped us secure restaurant reservations even before we arrived. The breakfast is fabulous-extensive selection and delicious! The location is awesome-walking distance to the Old City plus one block from the light rail so you're really near everything. Can't wait to come back! We are big, big fans of the Atlas Hotels-stayed at quite a few of them in Tel Aviv over the years and all are terrific.

This is a very comfortable boutique hotel. Nice rooms and baths. The breakfast is really nice but not the large spread you might get at a much larger hotel. I would stay there again. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar. They do have parking for an extra fee.

I'll start by saying my husband and I are VERY low maintenance. We've traveled around the world; we have reasonable standards, and (I think) this is the first review I'm leaving on TripAdvisor - we are generally quite satisfied with the hotels where we stay. The Harmony has only one positive - it's a good location. The hotel itself is dirty and run down. AC barely works. The elevator constantly smelled like cigarette smoke. The customer service is awful. Do NOT pay for the breakfast - it's yucky. But the worst thing was the noise. Our room (105) faced a restaurant/bar/club that played LOUD music until nearly midnight each night. And the next morning, we were woken before 8:00 with noisy construction. We asked to speak to the manager after the first night, and EVERY night after that. We called; emailed; waited at the front desk. She was never available. We checked out on Friday morning, and were told she couldn't be available until Sunday and would contact us then. Well...it's now Monday, we've left the country, and we are still waiting for her to reach out. Next time, we will try the Herbert Samuel hotel up the road. Looks much more beautiful/well kept, location is just as good, and the concierge when we walked by was lovely and attentive. Do NOT recommend the Harmony hotel. Beware before you make your reservation.
