因高速堵車臨時調整了行程，預訂了這家位於建德的民宿。它坐落在新葉古村內，環境清幽。房間的地暖對於家人是意外驚喜。
但必須吐槽的是民宿的早餐。可能是春節假期老闆不在，衹被管家告知在我們入住時有小米粥套餐和麪條選擇，但並未提示分量有多少，也沒有告知是定量配給。第二天早晨家人吃完桌上的食物後和管家溝通希望加點套餐內的點心時被拒絕並説衹能加粥。我本人早餐吃得比較多，選擇麪條後端來衹有很小一碗。表達希望能加麪的意願時管家説是定量的不能加。經過再次溝通雖然很不情願給我加了一小碗，但居高臨下的態度生硬。最後家人都沒有吃飽衹能開車去幾公里以外的村裡再買早餐。
我是經常出行的人，也會有很多時間住酒店和民宿，但這樣的經歷還是頭一次。個人認為既然選擇在春節期間開門做生意，那就應該充分考慮節日的特殊性，以靈活的模式應對客人不同的需求。雖然這是一件不大的事，但整個過程的體驗讓家人都很不舒服，希望店家能考慮改善這一情況，畢竟民宿行業還是應該通過提升自身的服務和配置更加註重用户體驗。
以上衹是基於本次本次入住的個人感受，也許在非節假日期間體驗會有所不同，如果看到這條點評的朋友請理性判斷，謝謝。

定了家庭房，很乾凈，裝修也很新，有感應燈、小浴缸、帶開關和USB的插座。熱水壺也是安全型的，看得出來老闆娘很用心在打理民宿。

有中央空調+地暖，阿姨非常貼心～❤️昨天晚上回來已經特別冷，進房間發現阿姨已經把地暖開好啦～
就在新葉古村旁邊，我覺得甚至能計入景區內😂民宿門口有一顆600年的古樹，在門口就能看到新葉古村標誌性建築～阿姨給我們泡了茶，太愜意啦🤣
民宿裏有一衹叫球球的熱情潦草小狗🐕超可愛，愛貼貼，一叫就過來
整個民宿環境非常棒，衞生條件很nice~
接受非大陸遊客入住，我們到的時候已經凌晨1點了，阿姨還出來接我們，指引我們到村裡停車
離江南懸空寺開車非常近，第一天沒來得及把新葉古村收費景點玩完，阿姨很熱心的幫我們call了檢票處，繼續第二天玩剩餘的部分🤣
阿姨説三四月份油菜花開的時候非常美，有七種顏色；夏天泳池也開放😄
😎剛離開就已經期待下一次再來了～連續定兩晚真的是這次旅行最準確的決定
從新葉古村離開去嚴州古城的路上（走山裡）還遇到了這輩子見過的最美的香樟樹😂跑題了，但是真的太美了哈哈哈

離真正山舍民宿有很遠距離，差不多走路10分鐘，吃早餐有點遠。是老闆別處的民宿點。管家很熱情，推薦的餐館也不錯。
