"Overall, I am very satisfied. Lishi Pingping's service is warm and thoughtful. The hotel is very beautiful. I almost never met people who were not staying in the hotel on the greenway near the hotel. The breakfast is also good. The minibar and supplies are also good. The hotel is under construction but it has little impact. The coffee shop machine is so good, but the coffee is very bad. However, there is a beautiful view and it is very comfortable to sit. The dinner in the restaurant is the only part that I am not satisfied with. The fish is indeed very fresh, but the scales are not scraped clean. The bullfrog is so salty that it will kill us."

This time I brought my dog, and they had prepared a welcome pack and a welcome photo for her in advance. Besides the private courtyard in the room, there's also a large lawn on the hotel grounds where my dog could run around freely – incredibly pet-friendly! Highly recommend!"

"The receptionist forgot to give me the afternoon tea voucher when I checked in. I called and she said she'd call me back after checking, but after half an hour I hadn't received a reply, so I had to go back to the front desk to get the voucher. The afternoon tea was a bit simple, but the set meal wasn't expensive. The car was parked in a parking lot 150 meters from the hotel, and there was a shuttle bus for check-in and to the room. The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, consisting of two-story villas, so walking around is quite strenuous and involves some climbing; the shuttle bus is the main mode of transportation. The reception was a bit chaotic during holidays; I had to contact them multiple times to get the tickets sorted out, and I chose tickets for Lingxi Cave. The breakfast was plentiful, including freshly made preserved vegetable pancakes and omelet-wrapped meat. The hotel environment was quite nice; during the May Day holiday, the roadside was full of chrysanthemums and other unidentified flowers. Overall, the set meal was good value for money."

"The river view room offers a great view, and the hotel also has a large terrace with an excellent vantage point. However, the 'mountain view' room actually looks out onto a valley filled with residential buildings. The hygiene was mediocre; there were chip crumbs on the coffee table and hair in the sink. Due to its riverside location, there was also a noticeable dampness. Trains on the opposite side of the river would pass by and honk every 3-4 hours at night. You can rent bikes from the hotel, but I'd recommend single bikes as the family bikes are difficult to ride. I later found out that other apps offered a package with a river view room and three meals included after I had already made my purchase."

The back door is connected to the parking lot and you can walk to the ancient city wall. You can walk all the way to Sanjiangkou along the greenway by the river. The scenery is beautiful and there are few people and it is quiet. The store has thoughtful and considerate service, the afternoon tea is very rich, and the souvenirs are also very exquisite. The room is a loft type with large space, good design, new facilities, and a good experience of using smart home. I will come again next time."

From the moment we checked in, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and provided thoughtful, detailed service throughout our stay. She patiently answered all our questions about getting around and sightseeing, and even recommended some great local attractions and delicious food spots, which made our trip much more stress-free. The room was spotless and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and all the amenities were well-stocked, making for a truly peaceful stay. Mei Mei was gentle and polite, yet highly efficient and responsible. She responded promptly to all our requests, making us feel incredibly well taken care of. Such excellent service wouldn't be possible without dedicated staff. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit, and we'll specifically look for Mei Mei as our butler. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone!"
