First and foremost, the staff at GINLAN JIA· XIN'ANJIANG RESORT are genuinely exceptional. They greeted me with warm smiles and professionalism, which made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, they were always ready to assist with any request, whether arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or ensuring my room was in perfect condition. Speaking of the room, I was delighted with the accommodations. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed. The attention to detail in the room's design did not go unnoticed, from the luxurious bedding to the tasteful decor. The view from my window was breathtaking, adding an extra layer of charm to my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at [Hotel Name]'s restaurant. The culinary team is top-notch, and every meal was a culinary delight. Whether I was enjoying a hearty breakfast or savouring a gourmet dinner, the food quality was consistently outstanding. The restaurant's ambience, with its cosy atmosphere and attentive service, made dining here a memorable experience. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is incredibly new with amazing facilities. Although it is an hour drive to the main attractions of the Qiandao Lake, it is an incredibly scenic drive - and the hotel is amazing for the price. Elaine provided us excellent service at the counter and will take care of all your needs! We look forward to staying here again in the near future!

I've always had a good impression of Junlan, so I chose it for this holiday based on my itinerary. After booking, I saw many negative reviews. Thinking it couldn't be that bad, and relying on my past positive impressions of Junlan, I still decided to stay. Parking: Many resort hotels don't have underground parking, but your parking lot wasn't marked, and I wouldn't know it was the hotel's parking lot if I passed by. Also, the parking lot is indeed very small; one evening when I came back, it was three layers deep, and I ended up parking on the street. Check-in: I checked in at noon, prepared for the hotel to say there were no rooms available, but they still prioritized my check-in. Cars aren't allowed inside the hotel, but the shuttle bus to my room was fine. Amenities: The hotel facilities are quite complete, and the room layout and amenities show attention to detail. However, on the second day, I discovered that my door couldn't be closed properly, leaving a large gap at the bottom (as shown in the picture). My room was on the first floor, in a mountain-style accommodation, and the gap was so small that many cute little things could squeeze through it; the hotel hadn't maintained it at all. ✖️I have to complain about the bedding. I'm prone to allergies, but I've stayed in hotels quite a few times. If the disinfection isn't thorough, I usually just get itchy, which is usually avoided by spraying disinfectant spray. However, this time, for some reason, small bumps appeared on the areas not covered by my pajamas! (See picture) They were stinging and itchy! Spraying disinfectant spray didn't help! When I checked out, I saw that some guests had pets. I can only say that the hotel needs to take the disinfection and hygiene of the bedding seriously! Service: I encountered two problems. 1. Normally, the room is provided with two bottles of water per day. The next morning, I called around 12:00 PM and there was no water in the room. I called around 2:00 PM, but it wasn't delivered. Of the ten or so calls I made, only the first one and one in between were answered. Other calls were clearly hung up on because some were answered and then hung up again. I hope the hotel understands that being too busy and refusing to provide service are two different things. 2. The hotel has charging stations (with awnings). When I returned home that evening, there was a parking space under the awning that I confirmed wasn't a charging spot (charging spots have signs like the ones shown on the map), and there were no charging stations behind me. After I parked, the security guard quietly explained that it was a charging spot. On the hotel shuttle bus, I also overheard him reporting to the hotel that ”there are no charging spots left; they're all occupied by gas cars.” I won't go into other details. I'm just surprised by the parking lot staff's unfamiliarity with the facilities and the hotel's apparent neglect of guests due to staff shortages. Overall, the hotel was unsatisfactory. And this is despite spending most of my stay outside. It definitely needs improvement.

Full marks for the Winter Retreat stay at Fuchunfangwai Hotel. The winter landscape, stripped of its lush green, takes on a muted, ink-wash palette, reminiscent of the 'Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains' painting. The guest rooms continue the 'Fangwai' concept, featuring natural wood and warm gray tones, with a well-stocked minibar. Breakfast: Semi-buffet with à la carte options. I highly recommend the Pian'erchuan noodles or the mini wontons – their savory broth is a perfect warm-up. Special thanks to the concierge, Jiaojiao, who proactively communicated our needs and greeted us warmly upon arrival. The service was discreet yet attentive. Upon check-out, they even presented us with homemade pastries, adding a warm touch to our winter journey.

The rooms seamlessly integrate comfort and technology: intelligent control systems, immersive audio-visual experiences, and perfectly positioned zoned lighting. The hardware isn't just for show; it's a silent butler who understands you. But what truly lingers in your memory is the warmth of the ”software”: the welcoming gaze from the front desk staff, the unexpected heartwarming touches from room service, and the chef's smile at the breakfast counter remembering your preferences from the previous day. When service is memorable, the space becomes imbued with human warmth. This is more than just a hotel; it's a meticulously crafted model of an ideal lifestyle, a place for a brief respite. After seeing it, only one thought stirs within: I want to go there, to be an ”insider” for a few days, and experience the happiness of being fully understood and thoughtfully cared for.
