這次帶孩子出行特別感謝萍萍的熱情周到的服務，因為火車到的時間和開船時間有些對應不上，她特意提前幫忙和碼頭做了協調多等候了我們時間，進入房間後她還特意送來了防蚊的香草膏和另外一床被子，讓我們休息得更舒適，也讓我們確實地感受到了賓至如歸的感受。離開時為了讓我們得到更舒適地體驗還提前為我們延遲了酒店退房的時間，直到我們坐上船。酒店特別適合休息放鬆和度假，景色怡人，服務體驗尤佳，下次會再來。

酒店依山傍水，風景優美，酒店還有自己的一家靠湖而建的咖啡廳，風景真的美極了，拍照無需美顏，無需修改，房間很寬敞舒適有很有情調，房間有免費飲品提供！管家菁菁服務態度非常不錯，耐心，回覆及時，非常不錯，下次再來方外[愉快]

酒店的房間非常舒服，透過窗户看到綠蔭葱葱，如入在森林，景色美不勝收。方外禮士萍萍多我們三天二晚的行程安排的休閑又開心，泡温泉、徒步、喝咖啡、品茶及園藝活動內容豐富。接駁車張振每一次都笑臉相迎我們乘車觀光，一路行一路介紹當地的風土人情。保潔員阿姨吳秋玲打掃衞生細緻，態度和藹可親。 有一天下午我們外出活動，晚飯回酒店導航偏移迷路了，萍萍得知後立刻安排張振在乾潭驛站外的大橋下的公路上等着我們，讓我們感動不已。 酒店美景好，工作人員的服務更好，方外酒店，我們還會再來度假的
