衞生：太差了 抽屜裏發現香煙盒子 然後床單直接都是皺的不成樣子 阿姨根本沒有換過 噁心死了 幸好自己帶了一次性床單被套

空間比較大，比一般酒店的空間大很多。比漢庭，如家，那種連鎖酒店空間大概是雙倍了。

五一來杭州玩，定了這家開元，位置有點偏，但是我們自駕所以開始感覺還行。
晚上洗澡的時候沒有熱水，衹有温温的水，衹好趕緊洗了上來，幸好沒有感冒，打了前台電話，後來解釋是説因為停水所以現在在調試沒有熱水，而且水都發黃沒法使用，酒店提供了幾瓶礦泉水洗臉刷牙。
晚上十一點多剛入睡一會就聽見隔壁有人在瘋狂吵鬧，被吵醒無法入睡，房間隔音賊差，與前台溝通是否可以換房，答覆滿房了無法換房，也沒有幫忙與隔壁交涉，以至於凌晨兩點半才能入睡。
電視機和無線網也無法使用，維修師傅弄了很久才修好，因為時間是半夜，所以還是比較感謝維修師傅的。
總體來説，太差，不會再來。
