酒店環境風格很有韻味，設施齊全。尤其誇誇服務，酒店小哥哥非常貼心，進門有歡迎水果，送了生日蛋糕[呲牙]，離店的時候還有伴手禮。

首先，服務非常好，剛下訂單就來電溝通，入住有歡迎水果品質很好，退房送了伴手禮，我丟失一件衣服也馬上聯繫我處理。
然後酒店的位置無敵，在古城正門處但鬧中取靜，我住的房間隔音很好。
門口有星巴克肯德基各種當地小吃，走到兩邊五分鐘
下次帶朋友來建德還會住這裏

全5分呀，服務員挺好，還給我們搬行李，因為是樓梯。她們剛自己做了爆米花，還給我們也一碗，還有歡迎水果，晚上還送了銀耳羹。
環境很好，衞生乾淨，出門很方便，已經在古城裡麪了。

趁着周內錯峯自駕前往嚴州古城，入住前酒店前台的小男生加微信給了很多有用的訊息，前台反應及時，訊息的反饋也很準確，很明確的知道客人的訴求，這個要點贊；酒店位置真的好，出門就是古城主街，逛累了隨時回房間休息，停車也方便；房間做了升級，古建築改造，很有韻味，不好的是採光差沒辦法改善，空氣也沒辦法對流，這都是古宅的弊端，可以理解，每個樓都有門禁保證了客人的私密；房間佈置也簡約大氣，傢俱的選擇也保留了一些古宅的氣息，衞生這塊也基本沒大問題；最後提幾點建議：房間衞生細節要加強；客用品要補齊；早餐要保持新鮮；具體不表述了，已經跟前台反饋過；總之這個價錢性價比很是不錯的，下次來還會繼續選擇！
