五一假期時入住，明明知道假期客人會多，酒店也不會提前檢修好設備或安排好員工加班。三台電梯壞了兩台，客人入住退房或正常出現時都堵在電梯間等幾趟。這個山海温泉酒店是離古兜温泉區最遠的酒店，整個温泉區就兩三台電瓶車，每次等候電瓶車進去泡温泉都一大幫人等十幾二十分鐘以上，返回也要等。住宿的房間都一股發黴的味道，蚊叮蟲咬就別提了，前台辦理入住衹有一台電腦操作，辦理入住都排了半個小時隊伍。要不是前台有一個女客服和電瓶車有一個女司機服務態度熱情，有問有答的話，一顆星都不想給。
