Lucy provided excellent service; I personally don't like corner rooms, and she arranged a different one when I mentioned it in advance, which was really thoughtful."

The guest room corridors are clean and tidy, with a calm and sophisticated color palette. The carpet feels luxurious, and the room number lighting is simple yet premium, immediately setting a great mood. Walking down the corridor feels quiet and comfortable. The public lounge areas are elegantly arranged, and the pantry is spotless, with beverages and utensils neatly organized. The lighting is soft and pleasant, making it perfect for a quick rest or taking photos. Overall, the environment is clean and odor-free, the space is spacious and bright, and the lighting is perfectly balanced – luxurious yet not ostentatious. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its decor, cleanliness, and maintenance of details, ensuring both ambiance and comfort. My stay was quiet and relaxing, with excellent privacy. The hardware facilities are refined and high-end, and the service details are also spot-on. It's perfectly suited for both business travel and leisure stays, offering incredible value for money with both aesthetics and comfort. It's already on my list of regular stays, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!"

"I'm a light sleeper, so I'm quite sensitive to noise, especially footsteps in the hallway and toilet flushes from next door. However, this hotel was pretty good; once the door was closed, I could barely hear anything. I was initially worried about the toilet flushing issue mentioned in some reviews, so I paid close attention when I checked in. The flush worked perfectly, wasn't loud, and was totally acceptable; it seems like they've soundproofed it. My room was on the 15th floor, and being on a higher floor made it quiet. Overall, the sound insulation is good. The breakfast was also rich and varied, offering great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located right by Jiangmen Jianghai Wanda Plaza, about a 9-minute drive from Jiangmen East Station, so it's very close."
