"This is my first time traveling to the city of Jiangmen, so I switched to this hotel from another hotel. But except for the service, I am very disappointed. Pictures 1 and 2 are of the rooms that were initially opened. The smell of takeout was very strong and there was a smell of diarrhea. There was a lot of water on the floor, and the air was not fresh just after cleaning. Pictures 3 and 4 showed that the room that was changed by the front desk was fine except that the floor was a little dirty and the quilt was yellowed. Pictures 5 and 6 show a lot of rashes after sleeping. I suggest you to sterilize pillow cores and be willing to spend money on construction in this area. The guy at the front desk was very patient and reasonable and immediately changed the room.

"The overall performance of the apartment was excellent. I booked it on Saturday when friends came to play. I compared several hotels. This one is close to our school. The price is very favorable. The windows are big and you can cook over an open fire. We had a big dinner party in this hotel apartment. Both the rooms and public facilities fully met our needs. Sister FEN at the front desk was very enthusiastic and met all our needs. I am very satisfied with my experience at this apartment. Friends are very satisfied"

"It is rare to find a suitable apartment. The service attitude is excellent. I said that I want a room with a higher floor. The front desk immediately upgraded me to a room type. The view is super good. The room facilities are very new. I can’t see that it’s been open for a few years. The store, health is also clean, The living room is large and equipped with audio. The charging USB socket was broken, so I called the front desk, and the staff immediately arranged for the staff to send me a spare plug, which was very considerate. The only thing I complain about is the toilet in the toilet. It has very poor power. After each use, I can't flush more than 5 boxes of toilet paper. The drain hole is also blocked from time to time. Hotel:
I stayed at the Jiangmen International Hotel, which offered comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to access various attractions in the city. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiangmen.
KTV on second floor
For some fun and entertainment, I visited the popular KTV in Jiangmen. The KTV offered a wide selection of songs in various languages, making it a great place for friends and family to gather and have a good time. GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

GGuest UserI checked in at around 10 o'clock. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. In order to upgrade the room type, I wanted a room with a window, and he helped me change the room. I was very satisfied with the room.
But what made me very uncomfortable was that I went to take an exam. It was almost 7 o'clock in the evening when I came back from the exam. I was tired and hungry, and my stomach was still uncomfortable. I just wanted to go back to the room. However, when I entered the elevator door, another front desk (not the one in the morning) asked me loudly which room I was staying in. There was a strange man in the lobby at that time. No, I was really scared, okay? Why! Ask! Loudly! In public! Which! Room! Number! I didn't want to argue, so I went over to show him the room number. I went out for a walk at about 8 o'clock in the evening. When I came back, he asked me which room number I was staying in again. Ah ah ah? This time I recovered and directly fought back.
I have also stayed in many hotels. This is really the first time I have encountered someone asking me which room number I was staying in when I came back. Moreover, the elevator already requires swiping a card to press the floor, why do you have to ask the room number loudly in public! ! ! ! !!! And why do you register all this??? I have a card, I can use the elevator, I can open my own room door, isn't that enough?

However it looked a little run down and rough.
Room 308 was huge but didn't feel cozy.
It was cold at night and the heater was not working well.
There is a bad sound isolation so I could hear every word that the people next to my room spoke.
The young female receptionist that checked me in when I arrived was very helpful.
She managed to rent an E- bike for me ! She deserves 5 stars for that.
The location is alright, near some coffeeshops and restaurants and close to Zili and Li Garden historical sites.

The boss and the front desk are very friendly. There is a pedestrian street downstairs, 711, Luckin Coffee, and Agricultural Bank of China, so you don't have to worry about food and drink. The river is not far away, there are abundant businesses around, and it is located in the central area. For parking, there is an underground parking garage. Enter the alley diagonally opposite and turn right. You can only stop at the hotel entrance to unload your luggage.
