"This stay at the Yinchunhong Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spacious and bright, with a warm and inviting decor, and the bedding was as soft as a cloud. The air conditioning worked well, with hot water always available. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The staff was warm and attentive, and the room was exquisitely decorated and fully equipped with smart technology, creating a comfortable atmosphere in every aspect. The facilities were new and comprehensive, and complimentary drinks were provided. The breakfast was rich and delicious, a perfect start to the day. The price was affordable, and the experience was exceptional. A must-praise!"

"Quite pleasantly surprised, I grabbed a special offer, I didn't have much expectations, but I felt very comfortable after staying for one night, the room was clean and the lighting was very good, the area was large and very comfortable! It is also very convenient to eat and drink around, and you can park. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and recommended me food and places to play! A pleasant stay experience! Very recommended! Xinhui is quite a treasure place!"

GGuest UserA hidden gem. I don't even want to share this review to make this hotel too popular! As a person who doesn't speak very good Chinese, the staff at this hotel were very accommodating despite the language barrier. When you first arrive at the hotel, you are greeted by a creative garden complete with outdoor dining areas, swings, a fish tank, and more. On check in, the receptionist was very attentive to all of my questions and directed me to the places I asked about through wechat. It was very easy to follow the directions. I was also offered a spread of fresh fruit to enjoy before settling in my room. The room was spacious and clean and had the most advanced toilet that I have ever used! There was a wide open window for a beautiful view of the dialou across the pond. The suite of amenities was also much appreciated, including snacks, toiletries, and slippers. A highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. They not only provide the standard Chinese breakfast fare such as porridge and pastries, but also served local kaiping specialties. They also have food you can order off of a menu but I didn't have anything during my stay. Upon checkout I was also given a goodie bag filled with local specialties and treats which was much appreciated!

YYichuanxinWe stayed at the hotel on the second day of the ***** New Year. The room was spacious, new, and tidy, with a street-facing balcony. It featured a smart toilet and intelligent lighting controls. The check-in lobby offered an afternoon tea set with exquisite dim sum and a variety of drinks, plus a play area for children. The buffet supper had a wide selection, which was perfect as we came back from watching the fireworks that evening and enjoyed a complimentary supper directly at the hotel. The hotel is located in a bustling city area, making our trip with elderly parents and children very convenient and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, with a view of the Three Rivers flowing together right outside the window. However, the room facilities are quite outdated. It was very cold when we checked in during New Year's Day, and there was no heating, which made our stay with a child not very satisfactory. We also had to pay separately for the child's breakfast.

AAnonymous UserCame here for New Year's Eve and the staff were all incredibly welcoming. The buffet restaurant downstairs was open as usual. There were so many people setting off fireworks by the river in the evening, it was really lively, and you could definitely hear the fireworks from the 17th floor. Breakfast included local specialty pho. This is probably the most upscale hotel in the area. The hallways, rooms, and bathrooms are all very spacious. Many locals also come here to eat.

GGuest UserThis is the only family-friendly hotel in Jiangmen's Chikan Ancient Town. I looked around for a long time and finally decided on this one. The reviews on Dianping seem pretty good. Personally, I think the hotel's ambiance, cleanliness, and location are all fine, but the service is terrible. When I checked in at the front desk and asked questions, they basically told me to scan a QR code to check. When I asked where the fireworks were, they said, ”Scan the QR code to check.” Then, when I asked what time, they said, ”Scan the QR code to check.” Completely irresponsible responses. I know I'm too lazy to ask, but I just broke a nail and asked if they could find me a nail clipper. They said, ”Go upstairs and get it if you meet the lady.” Such a perfunctory response. What if I don't meet the lady upstairs? I still have to go to the front desk. And then there's the bed guard I reserved in advance... And then there's another important issue. The lady delivered something to the room, knocked on the door, and then just used the room card to open the door herself. I was shocked! It was the first time I'd ever encountered something like that. A friendly reminder: Don't be naked when you check in, remember to close the door when you shower, and especially don't mess around in the room. Auntie will be watching you do it. Also, the outlet in the middle of the room is raised and hidden behind the carpet, so be careful. I tripped and fell a few times.

CCzxiangTaishan isn't a very large city, and the hotel is conveniently located in the southern part of the downtown area, making it easy to get in and out by car. There's plenty of parking available. The hotel is situated within a Country Garden development, and the exterior still bears traces of the Country Garden Phoenix logo. I assume it was originally an amenity of the Country Garden complex, later outsourced or leased to the current owners. At first glance, the hotel facilities don't seem old, but after using them, I felt the maintenance wasn't quite up to par. For example, the electric curtains in the room couldn't be controlled, and the water pressure in the bathroom and toilet was relatively low. During my stay, there was also a noticeable odor emanating from the first-floor lobby restroom, indicating it needed repairs. Housekeeping also forgot to replenish toiletries and left a cleaning towel in the room – quite a few minor issues overall. Of course, the price during the off-season was very reasonable, about half of the original cost, offering good value for money.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall ambiance has a child-friendly theme, which kids loved, and the facilities were decent. However, the biggest issue was the sheer number of mosquitoes in the room. My child got several bites. On the first night, the adults spent most of the time swatting mosquitoes and didn't get to sleep until very late. The mosquito repellent provided by the hotel wasn't effective. The next day, we specifically asked the front desk to spray for mosquitoes during housekeeping or provide a couple more repellents, but the hotel did neither. As a result, the situation was just as bad on the second night... By the third morning, the mosquitoes were probably so full they could barely fly, making them easy to kill. I wonder if this is the hotel's 'indirect mosquito control strategy' – let the guests feed the mosquitoes until they're too full to move, then take them out? I really suggest the hotel takes mosquito control seriously, especially for a family-friendly hotel. It's heartbreaking to see children bitten.

Vvickydd001Facilities: The room decoration is OK, European style, spacious, the room furniture is not quite consistent with the online promotional pictures Hygiene: The bathroom feels not very clean, the environment does not match the online pictures Environment: The hot spring facilities are old, especially the changing area of the Tangfeng Pavilion is old and unhygienic, the water in the hot spring pool feels dirty Service: This hotel has no service to speak of, the front desk and logistics staff are all clueless, not familiar with the hotel facilities and other instructions, went to the front desk to inquire about the dining and parking services, all the answers were: I don't know, especially the receptionist in the hotel lobby is outrageous, asked him how to go out, whether I need to scan the code or license plate registration, actually told us that we can go out directly, no charge, but we were charged 8 yuan when we went out The service in the hot springs is even worse. When you ask where the buffet is, the Thai Pavilion directs you to the second floor of the Tang Feng Pavilion. When you go up, they tell you to go to the front desk on the first floor to check out. In short, it is very troublesome. There is no 5-country pavilion in those pavilions. Think twice about the so-called good service on the Internet. There is no service value for 600 yuan a night. Please train your employees. They are all like interns. They are very annoying from the check-in. Later, a lady who looks like a manager appeared and said all kinds of apologies and gave instructions. In short, it was a very bad experience!
