GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

JJessie_QiuThe hot spring area is definitely a highlight! 👍 The water quality is crystal clear and feels very clean. The pools here are also quite large, and there's even a hot spring swimming pool. It's so pleasant and comfortable to swim in the warm hot spring pool when the weather is cold. The staff also frequently offer guests ginger tea. We also enjoyed camping at the Scarecrow Camp, where we had tea by the stove and made mud-baked chicken, which tasted really good. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit dated.

It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter hotel, and that's exactly what I loved. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly renovated and very clean, making it a worthwhile stay. Breakfast was acceptable, with options like yogurt and fragrant pears. The front desk service was excellent; staff were proactive, warm, and very attentive, ensuring a great experience. However, the towels were quite old, with some frayed edges and a stiff, rough texture, which made me reluctant to use them.

CChenxidiandiThe room is relatively clean, but the location is far away. It is close to the high-speed railway station and is only selected if there is a drop-off service. (I haven’t used it, so I don’t know the effect. I only know that I need to make an appointment in advance and the front desk will call a car for me). The breakfast is scheduled to start at 7 o'clock, but it won't be served until around 7:30. The front desk also said it might be 8 o'clock, so be careful when taking the early bus.

GGuest UserFacilities: It's an old hotel, the facilities are a bit old, the bathroom has a sliding door (sliding door) to save space, there is a sensor light in the closet, open the door to go to the toilet at night! The bed is really hard! !

Environment: To the east, you can see the lake and mountain villa, and to the west, it will be more sunny in the afternoon. The view is not as good as to the east, and it is quite quiet

JJueladeThe room is very clean and has no odor, the sheets are clean and new, the shower is very comfortable, the WIFI is very fast, and there is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to solve problems at any time. It's great. Great location, warm service. A must-choose hotel for travel, very cost-effective! The check-in experience is great! This has always been a hotel I trust.
