GGuest UserThe hotel is new, rooms are spacious with great views. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, was very helpful and accommodating, allowing for a late check-out to suit our schedule. Breakfast was good. If you're visiting Kaiping, stay at Vienna International Hotel and experience the Diaolou!

GGuest UserIt was a little confusing where the front desk was at first, as I wasn’t able to locate the hotel name anywhere in the building. I guess there was some sort of agreement made with the front desk on the 15th floor (under a different hotel name), as they were able to check me in.
Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy, and location was great - right next to a giant mall with many restaurants and arcades inside.
Though I ran into a sketchy looking man in the elevator who didn’t seem to have a fob? And they just followed me off when it was my floor. It was concerning and I didn’t see any security guards in the building during my stay.

Very close to the beach, the Fengtian restaurant opposite is also good, food, clothing, housing and transportation are quite good👍

SSamLo020The hotel offers decent value for money, and the breakfast is perfectly adequate. It's located right next to Dayan Mountain Scenic Area, attracting many visitors. We stayed on New Year's Day, and there was a lot of traffic, with cars parked haphazardly everywhere. I wouldn't recommend visiting during the May Day or National Day holidays. However, it would be much more pleasant on a regular weekend.
The hotel's large lawn is lovely. I'd suggest improving and refining the landscaping, especially since it's a five-star hotel. The ventilation and drainage systems in the underground parking lot need improvement. On several occasions during my stays, certain areas of the parking lot smelled quite bad, and I hope the hotel addresses this.

JJessie_QiuThe hot spring area is definitely a highlight! 👍 The water quality is crystal clear and feels very clean. The pools here are also quite large, and there's even a hot spring swimming pool. It's so pleasant and comfortable to swim in the warm hot spring pool when the weather is cold. The staff also frequently offer guests ginger tea. We also enjoyed camping at the Scarecrow Camp, where we had tea by the stove and made mud-baked chicken, which tasted really good. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit dated.

The environment is quiet and pleasant, with birds singing and flowers blooming, and it is very suitable for a leisure vacation. The room is equipped with new clusters, including a washing machine, a small refrigerator, and a range hood. If you want to cook seafood, please bring your own stove and pot, and bring your own tea. If you need to order takeout, please place an order 2 hours in advance. The food stores on ** are thousands of miles apart. If you want to eat authentic food, the nearest restaurant is 850-1000 meters away.

The overall facilities of the room are good, with three bathrooms, an independent small courtyard and an independent hot spring bathing room. You can go directly to the hot spring swimming pool in the living room courtyard to play in the water, which is very convenient.
