Environment: Quiet and pleasant, far from the city's hustle and bustle, perfect for families or couples looking to relax and unwind. Cleanliness: The accommodation and guest rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy. Facilities: The rooms are fully equipped with high-standard amenities, and the building has an elevator, making it suitable for wheelchair users or elderly guests with mobility issues. Service: Both the front desk staff and the dining service personnel are incredibly friendly. They even adjusted the meals to accommodate guests' dietary restrictions. I traveled with my mother, who has mobility issues and occasionally needs a wheelchair. This guesthouse came highly recommended and praised by her. The host and the receptionist are very kind and helpful. If you want to have a vacation out of town with families, this is the place that will fulfill your demands. For foreigners, you may use the app 'Gaode Dache' and choose 'Shunfengche' (carpool); the traveling fee will be cheaper than 'Dache' (taking a taxi) and more convenient.

The room was excellent, with great soundproofing and no strange odors. The wet/dry bathroom separation was a nice touch. The city view room had a huge panoramic window right as you entered, which was amazing! The staff provided excellent service; they even contacted me via WeChat when I left something behind. The breakfast was also fantastic! I'll definitely book here again if I have the chance.

The service was excellent, and the location is superb, right next to Chang Da Chang, which is very convenient for travelers going to and from Hong Kong. The room was clean and tidy. A noteworthy detail is that the power outlets accommodate Hong Kong's three-pin plugs, so you can use them directly without an adapter. The breakfast and afternoon tea had a great variety, and the price was affordable. I highly recommend everyone to try staying here.

Janice at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. We really appreciate her arranging a room that met our requirements! The lobby is spacious, bright, and stylish. The hotel's surroundings are also great; the Changdachang shopping mall next door offers plenty of dining and shopping options, which is very convenient. The room's layout is practical and well-designed, and the bedding was just right—neither too soft nor too hard—making for a very comfortable sleep. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

The hotel room was clean. Housekeeping was timely and routine. The furniture was modern and functional. The AC control system was simple to use. The hotel is located 10-minutes walking distance to a large mall and a few blocks away from a paved river trail where night time brought out many people. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was learning how to use Alipay and the staff was patient with helping me to use that. The onsite free laundry room was a great amenity. The gym is big but hard to find. It took me two times and a some translating to find the gym. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the 3 nights stay, and we would go back.

The staff at Chikan Ancient Town and the hotel service personnel are all locals. They have a deep affection for their hometown and are dedicated to making this place a shining beacon. The service is filled with genuine human warmth. For example, the hotel's cleaning staff will give a friendly nod of greeting, the trolley car drivers can provide detailed information about each stop in Cantonese, and the boatmen on the sculling boats will even wish you a pleasant trip in Cantonese, saying, ”祝您游玩愉快” (Wish you a pleasant trip). Within the Greater Bay Area, it's truly rare to hear staff using Cantonese within a scenic area. The linen changes and the cleanliness of the bathroom areas are maintained to a high standard. This is my second visit, and the scenic area has added several new and exciting performances. I hope this place continues to innovate and maintain its unique charm for a long time.

When I checked in at Boyue International Hotel in China on 07/10/2026. I was so upset that the room/data package reservation that I had made online was not working. The night shift front desk receptionist whose name was Ms. Li understood my situation and felt my frustration. She was eager to help me out in every single aspect to alleviate my stress. Later when I went up to my room and found out that there was no mini fridge there, then I went downstairs and asked her to see if I can pick another room in which I can store my medicine in a mini fridge. She understood my needs and upgraded me to another room. She wasted no time and handled it in a very professional way. I greatly appreciate her. Since I was new in town and had no transportation. Throughout the weeks I was staying in the hotel, the morning/afternoon receptionists were calling transportation for me. They really went above and beyond for me. Moreover I was trying to do my laundry, and saw the washing machines were a little filthy. They realized the problem and informed the manager that the laundry room required immediate attention. Then the manager told the housekeeping staff to bring in 2 brand new washing machines down to the laundry room immediately just to accommodate my needs. The manager is outstanding. I didn’t expect she would have done that to me. The manager and her morning, afternoon and night shifts receptionists are excellent. They are very professional, enthusiastic, respectful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and most important is understand the customer needs and wants. I highly recommend this hotel.

After a half marathon, my legs were so tired I could barely lift them. As soon as I checked into the hotel, I was immediately given a low-floor room near the elevator, and the front desk even offered me an electrolyte drink. Inside the room, the bathtub was pre-filled with bath salts, and there were two muscle-soothing massage patches placed nearby. There were even complimentary resistance bands in the closet for stretching. Sleeping on the supportive bed at night, I didn't experience any backaches at all. The next morning, my legs weren't sore in the slightest, and I felt so refreshed that I could immediately go out and explore again. These details are truly thoughtful for anyone who has just exercised.

The hotel included tickets and breakfast, which was great for our family of over ten people to enjoy for two days. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy with so many children during the summer. The hotel environment itself was fine, though the curtains weren't very blackout. They were very generous with water, providing many bottles.

The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the rooms are clean and the service staff are warm and polite. We prepared cakes for the family to celebrate the birthday. After the hotel learned, the birthday gift was intimately presented. This sudden warmth was particularly touched. The family travels with the baby to live in peace of mind, full of details, it is highly recommended to stay in the family, next time you come here, you will choose the whole season!
