"The room was spacious and clean👏, though the shower wall had some minor cracks. I also noticed an issue in the hotel's laundry room where guests would aggressively take over washing machines. When I went to do my laundry at night, I saw some tenants forcibly stopping machines that were still running with other people's clothes inside, taking them out, and then putting their own clothes in. My laundry almost got pulled out too 😢, thankfully I stopped them.
The afternoon tea was different from what others have reviewed. I stayed for two days, and both days, the afternoon tea only offered three options: milk, coffee, or milk tea, with no snacks. On the second morning, I requested housekeeping to clean the room and empty the trash. However, when we returned, we found that neither the trash cans nor the rubbish on the floor had been cleaned 👎🏻.
Regarding lunch, when I checked in on the first evening, I asked the front desk if I needed to request the complimentary lunch (takeaway) in advance. The front desk said no, just inform them on the day itself. On the third morning, I went to the front desk to request a lunch, but they said it might not be possible. The most crucial part was that the lunch delivered to the room turned out to be leftover breakfast items (all vegetarian), and the middle of the leftovers was cold. I had a bit of an upset stomach shortly after eating it!"

"Facilities: Standard for a 7 Days Inn, what's impressive is that even though this hotel has been open for a while, it still maintains a consistent standard, which is better than many older 7 Days Inns.
Hygiene: Visually, it seems okay, but for some reason, there was a strong smell of smoke everywhere, from the elevator to the room to the bedding.
Environment: It's located near an old district in Jiangmen city that's over thirty years old. Parking is convenient.
Service: There was no service to speak of. I'm not sure why this hotel still charges a deposit? I haven't paid a deposit for a hotel stay in many years. It's ridiculous, I can't imagine what in this hotel would even be worth that deposit? 🙄"

"Excellent location: CTS bus stop from Hong Kong, next to mall with lots of shops, restaurants and fast foods including McDonald’s! More shops and massage parlors available in walking distance!
Excellent room: we had the Audio-visual room at 4th floor for four nights! Spacious room, modern design, and especially useful adapters ready for charging! Comfy beddings and towels!
Excellent service: warm reception, complementary famous Xinhui Tangerine Peel Pu'er Tea 新会陳皮普洱茶 at lobby, complementary use of washer and dryer, all staffs we’ve had been polite and helpful!

"When I took a nap at noon, a person came in without knocking on the door and swiping the card directly. I asked who didn't say that I closed the door and left. The curtains can't be closed and sleep during the day will leak light"

TToTotalAfter submitting the order, we received immediate contact from the butler, who provided us with adequate preparations for the trip and responded promptly to any questions we had, providing us with high-quality service.
The location is near the Yihe Hot Spring City. The surrounding environment is very comfortable and suitable for a relaxing vacation. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so there is no need to worry about dining.
The villa is very big and equipped with mahjong, KTV, hot spring and barbecue facilities, so you can have fun all day without leaving the house. The KTV audio system is very good and the hot spring is very comfortable. After soaking in it, you will immediately feel relieved of your fatigue.
The accommodation is clean and tidy, but because it has been open for a while, some of the equipment is a bit old, but it does not affect the overall cleanliness. It is worth mentioning that the water pressure is not affected when people are showering in the three bathrooms at the same time, and the hot water is also very stable.
I had a comfortable holiday here and will come again if I have the chance.

JJessie_QiuThe hot spring area is definitely a highlight! 👍 The water quality is crystal clear and feels very clean. The pools here are also quite large, and there's even a hot spring swimming pool. It's so pleasant and comfortable to swim in the warm hot spring pool when the weather is cold. The staff also frequently offer guests ginger tea. We also enjoyed camping at the Scarecrow Camp, where we had tea by the stove and made mud-baked chicken, which tasted really good. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit dated.

AAnonymous UserAt over 300 yuan, it's not exactly good value for money. Located on the edge of town, it's considered a relatively well-equipped hotel for such a small place. There are charging stations downstairs. The rooms don't have refrigerators. Since there weren't many guests, breakfast was served in individual portions, and the price of 38 yuan is clearly outrageous. The mountain view room faces the road, and the windows have poor sound insulation. The backyard is a rice paddy, and they offer a discount coupon for a rice paddy train ticket, but you still need to pay an extra 10 yuan. Adding another person requires a full-price ticket, which feels a bit like a marketing tactic, but most people traveling with children won't mind.

GGuest UserIt's holiday time, so I took my parents out for a trip. My mom loves garden landscapes, so we chose this hotel. Surprisingly, the environment here is quite nice, and it's very quiet at night! My mom also took a lot of beautiful photos in their ecological park. The park activities are very convenient, and they even have a free sightseeing bus.

MM11574****The hotel has a great natural environment with plenty of greenery and convenient parking. The staff service is quite good, and the swimming lanes and pool facilities are decent. However, the hotel's facility maintenance needs improvement. This includes aging doors and windows, and the exterior walls. Room hygiene was average, and there was a lot of trash in the green belt next to the balcony. The exterior walls were also covered in snails and snail droppings. Additionally, the facilities at Na Jin Gu are old and poorly maintained.
