RR&L leungOne of the best hotels in this region. The golf course setting is very pleasant. Hotel staff are very friendly including those working in the breakfast dining area.
Breakfast has a lot of choices and are of top quality. With ample parking, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and comfortable, with a bathtub, and quite spacious.
The decor was beautiful, and the front desk service was excellent. They even offered to install a railing.
The gym on the second floor was also very large.
Breakfast is at the Meigao Hotel, not far away, just across the street.
The buffet breakfast was just average in terms of variety and taste.
The performances in the old town were quite good and worth a visit.

UUtsuronaIt was really pricey because of the holiday, but the interior design totally made up for it; the ambiance is great. However, I have to point out two things: 1. This is the most expensive hotel in the whole scenic area, yet there's no dedicated parking. Finding a spot was a nightmare (it's best to contact the front desk beforehand and ask them to open the back gate). 2. They seem to be understaffed, and some employees' service attitude was just so-so (though the guy at the door when we checked out was very good). And the person who showed us to our room didn't offer to help with our luggage once – it was quite annoying 😑. 3. The carpet in the elevator looked a bit cheap and ruined the designer's consistent style. I hope they'll replace it.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are superb, probably the best architecture in Kaiping. Situated on the Tanjiang Peninsula, my room offered a fantastic river view as soon as I opened the window – absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious and faultless. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the dishes at the second-floor Chinese restaurant were also delicious. When I arrived on Saturday, the entire second-floor restaurant was almost full, and it was the same the next day. I'm not sure if Kaiping locals are just big fans of tea culture, or if the food at this hotel is simply that good. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kaiping.

AAnonymous UserNot bad experience. The hotel room is quite new and clean with hot spring water inside bathroom. We can enjoy anytime. The host let us staying in 1/F although not my thoughts. Only one important thing is the security, we stay near the entrance but the door keep opening during the midnight. Also the password of the front door and bedroom door is just simple. Everyone is easy to know that.

CCzxiangTaishan isn't a very large city, and the hotel is conveniently located in the southern part of the downtown area, making it easy to get in and out by car. There's plenty of parking available.
The hotel is situated within a Country Garden development, and the exterior still bears traces of the Country Garden Phoenix logo. I assume it was originally an amenity of the Country Garden complex, later outsourced or leased to the current owners.
At first glance, the hotel facilities don't seem old, but after using them, I felt the maintenance wasn't quite up to par. For example, the electric curtains in the room couldn't be controlled, and the water pressure in the bathroom and toilet was relatively low. During my stay, there was also a noticeable odor emanating from the first-floor lobby restroom, indicating it needed repairs. Housekeeping also forgot to replenish toiletries and left a cleaning towel in the room – quite a few minor issues overall.
Of course, the price during the off-season was very reasonable, about half of the original cost, offering good value for money.

**Amenities:** They have indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, and hot springs. The water is excellent, leaving your skin smooth. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the public areas wasn't strong enough.
**Cleanliness:** It was clean and tidy, though some areas could do with a partial renovation.
**Environment:** The hotel is situated in a valley at the foot of Dayanshan, so the air quality is superb.
**Service:** The service was excellent; the staff deserve praise.

GGuest UserBringing my family here for a vacation, choosing Yihe Lanyue was absolutely the right decision! The resort environment is lovely, the hot springs are comfortable, and the kids had a blast. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, making our stay very relaxing. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. Our whole family was very satisfied. It's a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway, highly recommended for families with children!

GGuest UserThe room was clean, but the window couldn't be opened. While the hotel sent check-in instructions, there was no guidance for parking. We followed the signs to the South Gate parking lot, only to be told we needed to park at the North Gate. These are things that could have been easily avoided with better preparation. The breakfast was decent, with clean dishes and a good variety. The park facilities are nice; you can tell they put effort into making guests happy. The food and drinks inside the park aren't overly expensive, and the taste is good. For the theater performance, I'd recommend not sitting too close; a bit of distance enhances the experience, and the stage effects are quite good.

Environment: The hot spring facilities are old, especially the changing area of the Tangfeng Pavilion is old and unhygienic, the water in the hot spring pool feels dirty
Service: This hotel has no service to speak of, the front desk and logistics staff are all clueless, not familiar with the hotel facilities and other instructions, went to the front desk to inquire about the dining and parking services, all the answers were: I don't know, especially the receptionist in the hotel lobby is outrageous, asked him how to go out, whether I need to scan the code or license plate registration, actually told us that we can go out directly, no charge, but we were charged 8 yuan when we went out The service in the hot springs is even worse. When you ask where the buffet is, the Thai Pavilion directs you to the second floor of the Tang Feng Pavilion. When you go up, they tell you to go to the front desk on the first floor to check out. In short, it is very troublesome. There is no 5-country pavilion in those pavilions.
Think twice about the so-called good service on the Internet. There is no service value for 600 yuan a night. Please train your employees. They are all like interns. They are very annoying from the check-in. Later, a lady who looks like a manager appeared and said all kinds of apologies and gave instructions. In short, it was a very bad experience!
