環境設施都還行，除了隔音有點差，前台服務態度很差，作為攜程黑鑽，一年攜程消費近百萬，第一次見這麼差的前台，行李箱一個小時沒送上樓不説，外賣放前台詢問可否送一下，前台不情不願，然後還在前台説顧客的壞話，滿臉嫌棄，作為服務行業，這樣的前台服務，大家能避坑儘量避坑

這灑店剛改造完！前台安排了房間！入住後怎麼也打不開TV！等待3小時維修師傅告訴我這間房是樣板房無TV！後換房發現與我訂的豪華雙床房不一樣！早餐品種少！
