"This is a great hotel. The staff are super friendly and attentive, rooms are spotlessly clean, the gym is excellent and breakfast is nice. It isn't in the downtown as such, but there are many parks, a couple of malls and numerous restaurants within a short walk or waimai delivery. Additionally almost everything is just within a 20rmb or so Didi ride away. I would happily stay here again."

"The location is really good. Although the room is a bit small, it is basically acceptable. The hotel service is also great. They also provide yogurt. However, the only thing I am not satisfied with is that I was bitten by some bug on the first night. Because nothing happened before going to bed, I woke up the next day and found scars on the back of my hands, as if they were corroded. I didn't feel anything at first, but now the back of my hand hurts. The relevant hotel staff can come and negotiate with me. I originally wanted to say when I checked out that it didn't feel serious, but now it looks like there will be scars."

"The room is big, the facilities are new, the lobby is very grand and decorated in the style of a star hotel. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is that I lost my room card and was deducted 50 yuan. When I asked for another room card, the waiter should have told me how much I had to pay. I felt bad that they only told me when I lost it. So far, no hotel I have stayed in has deducted money for losing the room card, including Hilton Sheraton and other hotels."

"We went to the Chinese restaurant for dinner at night. It was full of smoke and we couldn't eat at all. The fat lady at the door was also very rude and yelled at us. A waiter came back and arranged for us to eat Chinese food on the 5th floor. The taste was very good. Everything else was satisfactory."

"Who knows! Originally, I just booked a night and was directly pinched by this Lavande! Just entering the door wrapped in a faint lavender fragrance, the whole person's fatigue was blown away in an instant, the atmosphere was directly full. The whole house intelligent control is too lazy to be happy. You can pull the electric curtains and adjust the lights when you lie on the bed. You don’t need to freeze to drill out the bed. You don’t want to go out in the room at all!"

"Feeling like I was on cloud nine! The view of the Yangtze River was incredible. The hotel staff, especially at the front desk, were all very welcoming and helpful. The bathroom has a sliding door partition, which makes it feel much brighter when open. However, it can't be locked, so keep that in mind if it's something that bothers you. The cocktails at the hotel restaurant were also fantastic."

When the children opened their eyes the next day Let’s just say that I like staying in hotels the most. I will choose this hotel again next time I go to Jiangyin!"
