"Great location, nice pool, and good rooms. Two complaints: 1. At 8:30 PM, the front desk informed me it was peak dining time, so food delivery (via robot) took over half an hour. 2. The underground parking – perhaps because the hotel is new – was a mess. The area around the hotel entrance was completely unmanaged. There were several parking spots right by the elevator on B2, but I wasn't allowed to park there. I only found out once I got to my room that a note on the table said parking was only allowed on B3. Why wasn't I told this when they called to confirm my reservation?"
