環境還不錯，房間很大，中餐廳口味不錯，量挺大，價格對標其他酒店裡的餐飲也不算高，服務也挺好。酒店的服務就比較一般般，入住的時候也沒有主動告知可以有酒店接駁車接送，扛着小孩走了一半看到一同坐電梯下來的人坐着接駁車過去了。。晚上做完郵輪打電話預約接駁車從郵輪碼頭回酒店車輛，被告知要等半小時以後，從整個水城的路程和接駁車的座位數來看不太合理，最後等了差不多15分鐘，來了接駁車。其他都挺滿意，希望酒店以後可以建一個小童樂園。
