酒店地點大堂房間以及停車場屬於高規格的，就是房間空調不啟動，打電話去服務枱，才得知要由他們進行中央遙控，不知是設施的本身的原因還是酒店需要做性價比高的節約費用考慮。另外前台的服務人員在工作時間，看私人手機相互聊天，與顧客交流時沒有笑臉也不會説抱歉，缺乏專業素養
