清明節假期來住了兩晚，雖然出了一點小插曲，但是總的體驗來説很好，服務很貼心，可以説是建水酒店天花板，古香古色的木雕建築很有感覺，已經成為一個值得來的景點。

網上查了以後訂了和院兩間大床房，都給升級了房間。
房間很舒服，設施不錯，衞生間大，美中不足衞生間下水道有點味道，不過關上門以後不影響室內。
連住兩晚，在第二晚時出現個小蟲子。純木結構可以理解吧。
其他客人在樓道喧嘩時聲音挺大，其他時候還好。同伴説晚上房間不隔音，娛樂動靜不小。
下午茶時間關係沒有使用。
洗漱用品的香味很喜歡，床墊非常舒服。緩解疲勞效果很好。床品非常舒服，沒有洗滌殘留，容易過敏的皮膚完全沒有問題。非常👍。
行李員搬抬行李很辛苦，感謝！前台的小哥哥很nice。
給酒店的建議
1.吸煙區明確劃分，自己的員工不能在大廳吸煙。清晨退房時有個主管在大廳吸煙，感官很差。
2.定期殺蟲。
3.多種方式提醒客人房間不隔音。夜間不要喧嘩。喧嘩容易透露私隱。
