沒想到這麼便利的酒店，就在機場對面，從酒店可以直達候機樓，值班的機場防爆檢察説是通宵，隨時可以進去接機和趕飛機！吃飯可以在酒店吃也可以去候機樓吃，真的是接早班機和趕早班機的福音！再也不怕機票是太早和太晚的了！住宿免24小時停車費！

The hotel is located strategically in the middle of the airport, not far from metro station. Reaching to both T1 or T2 departure hall is just 10+mins walk away. Room is spacious, with separated toilet and shower room. Will definitely choose this hotel again on my next return.

服務：除了辦理入住時服務熱情，提供了升房，其他一團糟一塌糊塗稀裏糊塗。
入住前反覆諮詢確認，國航行李託運在不超重的情況下，能夠直接在酒店值機託運。結果第二天一大早，提前一個多小時到酒店樓下辦理託運，刷證件之後機器連行李條都打印不出，反覆嘗試換了幾個機器都顯示什麼設備錯誤還是故障，不得不去客運大樓出發層辦理託運。工作人員的解釋是航司沒有給到權限，那請問我入住前和你們反覆確認，是你們自己親口説國航沒問題的。此時距離值機截止還有20分鐘，辦理入住時你們又不主動給易登機券，還要我跑到前台去要，結果前台衹有一張，我們有兩個人。前台又讓我去禮賓那拿，説禮賓那有兩張，等我跑到禮賓那裡，禮賓兩手一攤説自己沒有，要幫我去前台拿，請問你們兩邊都是沒睡醒還是把客人當猴耍？OK，禮賓去拿，又從前台拿回來一張券？我們兩個人共用一張券嗎？等我們兩個人到安檢口，發現衹有一張券的時候，你們知道有多尷尬嗎？本來就因為你們的失誤，導致我們差點來不及值機託運，易登機兩個人還衹給一張券，你們是故意的嗎？？？訂你們酒店就是看中離得近，能直接託運行李，快捷登機。給你們這樣一通亂搞，差點誤機，連早飯都沒來得及吃。越想越氣，事後找你們溝通部分退費，還反咬一口誣賴我們説肯定是行李超重了，行李都沒放上值機機器請問機器是怎麼發現超重的？行李條都打印不出來就要誣賴我行李超重嗎？？？真的離譜，太離譜
