Xiyuan Mushe Hotel (Chengdu Tianfu International Airport) Reviews

Hotel owner was very considerate and polite. Room was clean and comfy. He picked me up from the Tianfu International airport at night and dropped me off to the metro next morning for free. A great experience overall. Would highly recommend. Also, do make sure you book a room according to your requirements such as a private bathroom etc.

Flight arrived around midnight and the free airport pickup was still available. They do not have a WeChat number to call. I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off. Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers. Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business. The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos. Overall ok for just 1 night stay.

The room i booked initially doesn't have private bathroom with a low price. At the reception, they propose me another room with private bathroom at the ground for a little and reasonable extra money, and this new room was very big, with good amenities.

There isn’t much to do in the area. Room was a bit moldy smelling. It’s a “you get what you pay for” kind of hotel.

Normal hotel near the airport. If you plan to walk, it is better to book in the city. Rest, sleep normally.

I had to pay ¥50 more because he told me three times that the room I had reserved did not have a bathroom or air conditioning. That's what it said.... It was all dirty and neglected. The only good thing is that they provide you with free transportation to the airport

It is close to Tenpu Airport, and the hotel's airport pick-up and drop-off service is very good. The rooms are clean and the surrounding area is quiet, making it easy to sleep. There are many restaurants near the accommodation, so I recommend it as it is convenient to have breakfast.

I used this hotel for a connecting flight. My flight was early the next morning, but they provided transportation to and from the airport, which was very helpful. There were restaurants nearby, and even though it was a rainy day, I was able to eat there and head home without being affected by the rain.

They said the room I booked did not have a bathroom and asked for an additional fee. After comparing the photo of the accommodation I booked with the actual room photo, I received the same room. I found out that they asked for additional money with ridiculous excuses.

The main reason for booking this hotel was that I didn't want to bother with an early morning flight and there was a pick-up service. However, I didn't get picked up until 4:30. I didn't check in at the hotel until 4:30. I might as well have booked directly into the city. Anyway, the experience was not particularly good and the accommodation environment at this price is also good. It's okay, but I really don't want to give high marks to this experience.

Because we are transiting in Chengdu and staying for one night, we don’t have any requirements for room size or hardware. At least cleanliness is the basic requirement. but: There are a lot of moth gnats in the bathroom. It is recommended that the store disinfect them regularly. The air in the room is not very good. Let’s buy an aromatherapy or deodorant spray. It is not expensive but can improve the quality. The bedsheets are stained. I asked the waiter to change the sheets and there are still stains... I think the linen cleaning company you are looking for is not good.

It was really nice. The uncle who picked me up from the airport was very enthusiastic and helped me with my luggage. He sent us to the airport on time the next day, and his home environment was also good. Very clean. It’s not expensive. I will stay here again next time I have a chance😁😁The yard is really beautiful
