怎麼説呢 這次體驗感非常差 可能是因為看了之前的好評 以為這裡是西塘民宿的天花板 期待值太高了。
1. 到達時酒店前台派員工來為我們指引停車，但是在停車以後並沒有任何主動幫忙拿行李的意思，衹是負責指路引導找到他們的前台。
2. 進入房間第一印象就是不夠整潔，售價1900一晚的房間給人一種到處都是浮灰的感覺。這裏重點説一下，馬桶墊上有明顯的黃色尿漬，當時因為急着用廁所急着出門去遊玩就忍着自己處理了。
3. 晚上回來洗澡，這個淋浴間的地漏至少有好幾天沒有清理過了，造成了大面積積水，污水深度超過腳面，非常噁心，這種情況下衹能自己忍着處理掉，總不能洗澡到一半等着酒店派人來通下水道吧。
4. 床單有明顯破洞。
5. 最讓人覺得失望的是酒店方的處理態度，提出部分退款的補償方式但是前提是要求我跟攜程撒謊取消訂單，在前台付部分房費，看來是經常這樣做，怕差評。你們就那麼心虛嗎，還是説你們的好評都是刷出來的。我作為一個常年出差旅行的攜程黑鑽用户，住過各種類型各種檔次的酒店，1900的價格住在這裏絕對是攜程平台訂過的酒店裡最最最最最最最最最最差的。希望攜程平台可以監管嚴格一些，這種酒店的好評需要嚴格審查。
