The room is deserted and there is no view of the outside. I later paid extra money to move to a lakeside room but it didn’t feel particularly good! If this hotel continues like this, I’m afraid no one will stay here again! 

There is still a lot of room for improvement in the capabilities of the service staff. The front desk staff was indifferent to some inquiries and did not want to say anything more. For example: Does the hotel have directions for visiting the ancient town? If you go to the scenic spot and look for it, is there similar information on the rooms? I don't know. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. We didn't have anything to eat when we went down. I asked the restaurant waiter when it would be available. He asked me to go to the chef and ask. I was playing with my mobile phone alone. , the table was not closed, and in the end, the Xiwan noodles were eaten and left.

Finally, with the help of a leader, I went out and left. I really want to ask the owner of this hotel. Why is the service in a hotel with such high-end decoration, strategic location, and not cheap price so good that it makes people speechless? ? It is less than five minutes away from Xitang. How many people would choose this place, but the experience after coming here is extremely bad! ! environment: The front door of the hotel is very grand, and the room decoration style is in the style of Yanyu Jiangnan. It really matches the Xitang Ancient Town right next to it. There is also a small pool and rain in the courtyard. The overall feeling is very good. The photo was taken the morning after arriving at the hotel. I finally chose this hotel for my first stop in Xitang because I liked the Jiangnan style. facility: Maybe it’s because the renovation took a long time, but the facilities in the room are in good condition and cannot be compared with modern-style hotels.
