This Atour hotel is open in 2022. Therefore, the hotel facilities are brand new and relatively high-end, such as smart toilets, 75-inch TVs, electric curtains, mobile phone wireless charging, robot services, etc. In addition, the hotel's services are also in place. We booked two rooms for a group of four, one twin standard room and one queen room. (There was a twin bed when Trip.com booked) When we arrived at the hotel, we learned that the two rooms were not on the same floor. So, with the mentality of trying to ask if you can adjust it, a gentleman on duty at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us upgrade a twin room, which made us very happy.
