Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and help with luggage. They also picked us up at the parking lot in advance. Also very dog friendly. Knowing that we were traveling with a short-legged dog, we arranged in advance to change the room on the second floor to the first floor and upgraded it. The upgraded room has its own yard, making it convenient for dog owners.
The overall environment of the room is relatively clean, and the overall price/performance ratio is very high.
There is a snack plaza opposite the hotel, which provides breakfast and dinner. Still very distinctive.
I sincerely give a suggestion to the hotel operation team: should the lights in the room consider changing to warm-colored lights, so that the room will appear more cozy. The cold white light made the originally charming room look unattractive.

The price/performance ratio is very low. It is considered the most expensive homestay in Jiaxing. The room is quite small and the bed is not big. When I first entered the room, the toilet was full of ants. There are some places worth visiting in the whole scenic spot, and it is very suitable for taking children there when the weather is good. The staff are very enthusiastic and super nice. The only dissatisfaction is that the price of the room is more than a little bit expensive. It is completely possible to live outside the scenic spot, and then buy tickets to go in and play. (Since I found out that the 100-square-meter executive suite of Jiaxing Hilton is the same price as the 28-square-meter room here, I feel that I am a pure grievance)

Facilities: The toilet is very smart. A European-style hotel with a business trip style, the style is a bit old-fashioned, the window can't be locked, but the overall hardware is very good.
Environment: The sound insulation is great, and the process of living is quiet and comfortable. In the few days of staying, the elevator met many people on business trips and families who came to travel.
Hygienic: The floor is carpeted, the quilt has a small mark, but the whole is very clean.
Service: Auntie will come every day to clean and add mineral water and biscuits on the cabinet.
Check-in requires a deposit and then check the room, because there are many consumer goods in the room.
It’s a bit heavy when living alone, but overall it’s very comfortable and safe!

The bed is very soft, the living is very comfortable, there is a feeling of home, and the parking lot is very convenient. There is a gym on the 3rd floor. It feels great to have free fitness with the room card. There is also a basketball hall where you can play basketball. It is very comfortable. The swimming pool behind the hotel has not been opened yet. I heard from the hotel staff that you can swim in July. Really great, come back to stay

The hotel is located next to the city government and is very convenient to the Nanhu scenic area, which can be reached directly on foot.

The hotel was newly opened in December 2023. It has an excellent location and convenient transportation. It is next to the Wanda Economic and Technological Development Zone. Almost half of the rooms in the hotel can see the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The hotel environment is simple and elegant, the room layout is perfect, and the front desk staff Xiao Li's service is attentive and makes people feel extremely comfortable. The thoughtfulness created a feeling of home for me. Everything is impeccable, no matter how big or small. The hotel's waiters are all polite, warm and thoughtful, and will say hello to guests when they see them. The hotel is fully equipped with gym, self-service laundry room, The conference room was clean and tidy, the stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast was rich. I personally think the price-performance ratio is quite high.

After careful selection, I thought that the brand must be a guarantee of quality. Now it seems to be true! The hotel is in a superior location. The entrance to Xitang Ancient Town is on the right hand side of the hotel. Remember to buy multi-day discount tickets from the hotel housekeeper, so that you can frequently enter and exit the ancient town during the day. The hotel environment is very stylish and has its own scenery. It can be described as ”quiet and peaceful, with the charm of Jiangnan”. The hotel rooms and breakfast are good. Check-in: The assistant manager (is she the deputy manager?) in the lobby, a lady named Zhou (probably Zhou), was very considerate in her service. We called in advance to book the birthday room decoration. This young lady took us all the way to the room after check-in and wished my mother a happy birthday~
Dinner: We chose the hotel’s Chinese restaurant for dinner. When we were going downstairs, we met this young lady in the lobby. She took us to the restaurant and quietly told the restaurant waiter about our birthday. We got free birthday noodles for dinner. The several dishes we ordered tasted very good, and we were told that the portions were large and we should order smaller portions. An extra large fruit plate was given with the meal.
Room: The slippers in the room are of very good quality, the mineral water is generously provided, and there is a fruit plate prepared when you enter. If I have to find fault, it is that the second floor of the lake view room can only see a bit of the lake. Also, the air conditioner was a bit loud at night.
Environment: The hotel environment reminds me of the Yangzhou Guest House. Although it is not that big, it really takes a few steps to get a view. The hotel also has a south gate and a west gate where you can directly enter Nanhu Park by swiping your room card. Nanhu Park is large and free, and many people walk on the lake to exercise. The hotel is a bit far away from the Huijingyuan Pier to the Red Boat. It is recommended that self-driving friends take a taxi and then take a walk back to the hotel.

The room is very clean and very warm. The handsome guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helps with luggage. There is a restaurant on the first floor. The sauce duck is very good. tasty! It’s a worthwhile trip to Wuzhen for the first time!
The boss even gave me cakes to my sister-in-law. I recently stayed in a hotel worth several thousand yuan for my family trip, but this time I made the right choice. I highly recommend this hotel! !

MMichael ZargarovThis is a marvelous homestay-guesthouse. Located in a quiet area of the old-town, but very close to many bars and restaurants. Next door to a temple.
The owner is a friendly man who loves cats... and has three lazy, fat cats who sleep most of the time. He even gave us chilled bottles of Perrier French mineral water upon our arrival! The courtyard has two Loquat trees which provided many delicious fruits.
Our room was upstairs in this renovated old Qing-Dynasty house. We had a small private balcony. The bed was very comfortable, with great bolster pillows for watching movies on the huge screen. There was a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was huge and even included a Japanese toilet with bidet functions. Soft towels. Good toiletries.
The included breakfasts, served in the courtyard, were wonderful. Fried bread, two-kinds of dumplings, soy milk, boiled eggs. Delicious coffee. Watermelon slices.
Xitang is a beautiful, if a bit over-commercialized ”ancient” town. We enjoyed our visit, and this lovely guest-house. The guesthouse is a bit hard to locate. It is in the Eastern part of the old town, near the bar street. For those who enjoy Hanfu, there are MANY shops nearby where you can rent the costumes.

GGuest UserI’m really happy with the experience of living in this hotel. The service you get here is on top, especially for such comfortable price. The reception administrator deserves a special mention: when we asked how to get to the Wuzhen scenic area, he ordered a taxi for us and covered the fee himself. When we were hungry and wanted to order some food, but the restaurant we have chosen didn’t do the delivery to our hotel, he ordered the food to the another spot in 200 meters from the hotel and went there to get our delivery himself. He’s a great person and professional 👏 Thank you a lot, you made our stay a pleasure!
I can also say that the location is quite close to the scenic area, which was important for us as tourists. The design of the hotel and our room particularly is modern and photogenic :) All the workers are nice and helpful people. The only negative moment is that we found some black hairs in the room, but in general the room was clean and comfy.
In conclusion, I can recommend you this hotel and will recommend it to my friends coming to Wuzhen 😊
