"Pros: Parking was convenient. The lobby was spacious with plenty of seating areas and complimentary refreshments, showing thoughtful planning rather than just a standard setup. Overall service was excellent and friendly. The front desk staff were proactive and helpful, and housekeeping was very prompt. Breakfast service was also very well-managed. Lingguo (a staff member) provided particularly thoughtful service, always checking in on our needs. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling balcony doors and windows, along with the sliding bathroom door, created a grand and luxurious feel. The bathroom itself was very spacious, fitted with high-end brands, and the hairdryer was excellent. The quality of the amenities made every penny feel worthwhile. The bathtub even featured a caddy for drinks and snacks, perfect for enjoying a soak, and disposable bath liners were also provided. A drying rack in the bathroom was also a thoughtful and practical addition for laundry. The room's lighting control panel was very convenient, offering several modes activated with a single touch. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. It's a photographer's dream – incredibly photogenic, you can capture fantastic shots without even leaving the hotel, and you'll have the view all to yourself. The night view was equally atmospheric and perfect for photos. The room entrance featured a wooden screen partition, effectively separating the entryway from the main sleeping area – a thoughtful touch that provided a nice sense of quiet and privacy. This area also had a long desk with a very comfortable chair, which was perfect for our child's online classes. The hotel offered intangible cultural heritage experiences, which needed to be booked a day in advance; I didn't get a chance to try them due to time constraints. However, I did use the complimentary drink voucher provided by the hotel for a tea house just a two-minute walk away. On a hot afternoon, I met up with friends and family there. The tea house was wonderfully air-conditioned, had beautiful window views, offered private rooms, and even had an adorable resident cat. I enjoyed it so much that I went back for two consecutive afternoons. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Yuehe Ancient Town. For local cuisine, I highly recommend 'Zou Da Xian' (the main branch is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel). There's also one of the area's top Japanese restaurants right behind the hotel. Overall, this hotel's location is incredibly convenient for me, and I would definitely choose it again in the future. Cons: There was no room service menu in the room. I suppose guests here might not typically use room service. I tried calling the restaurant to order, but it wasn't possible, so I had to go downstairs to eat. This was quite perplexing to me; perhaps in the era of food delivery apps, everyone just opts for takeout. Another minor drawback was that the breakfast selection was exactly the same for both days, which was a first for me. To be honest, the breakfast was delicious enough to motivate me to get up early, and I especially loved the small wontons. However, I was surprised that the menu didn't change at all over two days. There was no capsule coffee machine in the room, and the breakfast coffee was quite subpar."

"A superb value hotel. Highly recommended. Newly renovated, the hotel is stylish and refined. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices were acceptable. The hotel is quite spacious, which helped disperse the crowds, so it never felt noisy. The business twin room, at 40 square meters, is generously sized and very comfortable. The garden outside the gym is also quite beautiful. Cross the bridge directly opposite the hotel, and in about 5 minutes, you'll reach Haogu Pagoda. Climbing the pagoda offers panoramic views of the entire South Lake. There's a beautiful greenway around South Lake, with weeping willows and clear blue waters, making for a very pleasant stroll. Turning right from the hotel, a 10-minute walk brings you to the Zicheng Ruins, with the Grand Cathedral right next door. A tram station is conveniently located by the cathedral. Xiexi Street is located behind the hotel, and a 15-minute walk will bring you to the famous Shaomai eateries there. Just to the right of the hotel, there's an ice cream shop. Their pecan ice cream is delicious, and their lemon-chili flavored ice cream is surprisingly amazing. Also nearby are a Wufangzhai specialty store and a cozy cat cafe. The hotel breakfast, priced at a very reasonable 38 RMB per person, offers great value. It includes live cooking stations for noodles and wontons, as well as fruit salads, freshly brewed coffee, and kid-friendly options like cereal and yogurt. Yuehe Street is also within easy reach. Hotel parking is free, and there are ample spaces, even during long holidays. Overall, highly recommended!"

"Booked a suite at the Hilton Jiaxing via Trip.com, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the expansive space. The living room and bedroom were distinctly zoned, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque panorama of the city skyline blending with the serene lake. With the lights on at night, the ambiance was absolutely captivating. Every detail in the suite showed thoughtful consideration: the bedding was cloud-soft, allowing me to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation and an oversized bathtub, perfect for soaking away a day's fatigue. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!"

"I've had Jiaxing Nanhu Hotel on my wishlist for ages, and this year's anniversary and Teachers' Day seemed like the perfect occasion to finally check it out. ❤️ It also happened to coincide with Ctrip's annual September 19th hotel promotion, offering 1099 RMB for two nights (including buffet breakfast) – a fantastic deal! 👍 **Atmosphere:** This is truly a stunning garden hotel, built right next to the Nanhu Lake Scenic Area. The hotel grounds feature the 'Eight Views of Nanbin,' including 'Four Waters Flowing to the Hall' and 'On the Water's Side' – all exuding an ancient charm and the poetic beauty of a misty Jiangnan water town. 😃 **Facilities:** Excellent and comprehensive. The bathroom boasts a huge bathtub complete with bath salts, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. 👍🏻 **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. 👌🏻 **Service:** Exceptionally warm and thoughtful, truly making you feel right at home. I just casually mentioned it was our anniversary, and the lovely lobby manager immediately arranged for a server to send a complimentary fruit basket along with a congratulatory card. Such attention to detail was truly touching and left a lasting impression! 👍🌹 **Overall:** Nanbin is truly a place you won't want to leave. The buffet breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the Chinese restaurant was elegant and grand, serving delicious food with generous portions (I've reviewed it separately). Exploring the nearby attractions, whether by foot or a short drive, was also incredibly pleasant. 🌹 It's perfect for families and friends looking for a vacation or a small get-together. "The Diamond New Century Grand Hotel in Jiaxing is a truly perfect hotel! The environment and location are first-rate, making it convenient to everything. It's across from the Catholic Church and the ruins of the inner city. Yuehe Old Street is a 1-kilometer walk, and the Nanhu Scenic Area is 2 kilometers away. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially want to praise the breakfast, which is served in the revolving restaurant on the 25th floor, offering sweeping views of the surrounding area. It was my first time seeing a revolving restaurant! It actually moves! The breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious! It's the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, and the value for money is incredible! The welcome fruit was also very welcome! I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel service was incredibly warm and welcoming. We were offered hot tea upon check-in and even received warm bottled water when we checked out. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. They also offer self-service laundry, and the in-room amenities are comprehensive. The shower room features a great wet/dry separation, with strong water pressure and a steady flow. The toiletries also had a lovely scent. Overall, a great stay."

"I decided to go to Jiaxing on May Day. I booked a superior twin room, which was very cost-effective. It was perfect for bringing children with two beds, one large and one small. The hotel facilities were complete, the environment was clean and hygienic, the service staff was very enthusiastic, and they also sent a breakfast. There were charging piles in the parking lot, and Wanda Plaza was nearby, which was convenient for self-driving. If you don't have too high expectations for breakfast, it's okay. There are both Chinese and Western styles."
