I also want to use 'absolutely brilliant' to commend the Yida Silk Industry Hotel for its superior service, stunning views, quality accommodation, and exquisite breakfast. What I really want to do is give a special, huge shout-out to the hotel's concierge, Xiao Jiang. From the moment I drove into the Wuzhen parking lot, throughout my stay with sightseeing, activities, transportation, and dining, all the way until after check-out when he accompanied me to the parking lot and ensured I had driven off – his service was meticulous, thoughtful, tireless, and responsive to every request, even anticipating my needs. This level of service is something I haven't encountered in nearly ten years. Choosing to stay at Yida Silk Industry Hotel wasn't just amazing, surprising, and touching; I feel it was the best arrangement from heaven. If you're coming to Wuzhen, Yida Silk Industry Hotel is a must-choose.

From the moment of pick-up at the guest service center to the final drop-off, everything was perfectly orchestrated. The entire experience was highly professional while still maintaining a warm and personal touch.
The room was spotless, very spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, including a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. Upon arrival, the scenic area and park were clearly explained, and throughout my stay the staff anticipated needs almost before I expressed them.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The team was extremely friendly and attentive. While English was basic, they handled communication seamlessly using mobile translators, ensuring everything was smooth and efficient.
A special highlight was the complimentary boat ride from the hotel along the main canal to the reception area — a beautiful and memorable experience.
The scenic area itself is stunning: charming during daylight and absolutely magical at night when illuminated.
The hotel’s location is ideal — just a few steps from the river, centrally positioned within the park, and very close to the most iconic bridges.
I can strongly recommend both the scenic area and especially this hotel.

PP2YFacilities: The overall architectural design is very unique. There's an infinity pool on the 4th floor – I highly recommend checking it out if you have enough time! The amenities are also very comprehensive.
Environment: The hotel is located right at the very end of the scenic area, next to Wucun village, so it's very quiet. You can ask the hotel to arrange an electric buggy for you to get around, which is great.
Service: The staff are all very polite, even better than some 5-star hotels in Shanghai, which is a big plus. And the minibar is free, which is an amazing bonus (unlike Shanghai, where you have to pay a 3k deposit, which is a definite downside).
Breakfast: Very extensive, so many options it's hard to choose! Just a tip: don't get the noodles! They'll fill you up completely and you won't be able to try anything else.

EEUC riderFantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

HHarold LHRFirst off, I'm someone who's quite particular about accommodation when I travel. So, when I came to Tongxiang, I chose the only five-star hotel available. Let's start with the positives: the location is great, the room cleanliness is excellent – the housekeeping staff are very diligent. Someone even opened the car door for me when I arrived. All the expected services were provided, and the room was more comfortable than I anticipated.
Now for the negatives: I've lived abroad for many years and this was my first time in Tongxiang. In the morning, I asked if I could have breakfast in Tower A because what I eat isn't what I saw online, so I wasn't aware there might even be a difference in breakfast offerings between Tower A and Tower B. As an outsider, I didn't know; I just thought they were two separate buildings. The female receptionists all had good attitudes. However, there was one male staff member – I don't know if he thought I was being difficult for staying in Tower B, or what. I don't believe I'm overthinking his demeanor. I'd spoken with the front desk over the phone, and this gentleman, both before I returned to China and today during check-out, had a very arrogant attitude. I didn't get a good look at his name or ID badge because I was rushing to catch my flight, otherwise I definitely would have filed a complaint against him.
Overall, the experience was good. The hotel facilities, environment, everything was great. You can tell it's a well-established 5-star hotel with a lot of care put into it.

AAnonymous UserCame with my kids, and it's great for ordering takeout; the robot delivery is super convenient, and sometimes a staff member brings it, and their attitude is good. The environment is also pretty nice. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is really bad and has very few options. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, even on a Sunday, with plenty of empty seats when I went at 9 AM. I suggest adding some chicken nuggets, which kids love, or prawn crackers. Everything else was fine, but the floor is really slippery, so be careful. Shery provided excellent service, and I'd come back again. Yesterday, I saw penguins at Nanhu Tiandi and absolutely loved the 'Sui Yin Ji Liang' there. Anyway, it's better than the Four Points by Sheraton, where you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout, and the air isn't as good, though it is a bit more value for money.

GGuest UserIt was a misty and rainy April day in Wuzhen when we arrived, and it was pouring. Xiao Yuan was a lifesaver, meeting us at the parking lot entrance with two large umbrellas! She then guided us through the express lane, making our check-in super efficient. Next time I'm in Wuzhen, I'll definitely stay at Tong'an again and look for Xiao Yuan!

LluckydoyThe rooms and beds were quite spacious, but nothing really wowed me. Let me mention a few things I wasn't happy with. The so-called 'kids' paradise' at this family hotel was just a tiny inflatable bouncy castle – quite a letdown. The towels and bath towels were a bit old. In one room, there were only a few tissues left in the box. I'd specifically requested a non-smoking room, but one of the rooms had a distinct smoke smell upon entering. Also, I'm not sure if the booking deposit was collected by the hotel or the platform. Firstly, they charged the room fee again during check-in, plus a security deposit. Secondly, after checking out at noon, the booking deposit wasn't returned until I chased them for it in the afternoon.

Our trip to Wuzhen concluded perfectly, and our stay at the Zheshui Hotel was simply flawless. A special thank you to Xiao Shi and Xiao Xie, who created a group chat two days in advance to connect with us and provided attentive, round-the-clock support throughout our stay. They answered every question promptly and their meticulous service made our family's trip exceptionally comfortable.
The hotel's quality is outstanding, and staying within the scenic area was a brilliant choice. In the early mornings, we enjoyed the tranquil waterside scenery before the crowds arrived, capturing countless stunning photos. Wuzhen's beauty is both classic and breathtaking. The entire trip was worry-free and delightful, with beauty at every turn. It was truly a worthwhile journey, and I'll never forget the gentle charm of Jiangnan and the thoughtful service!

AAziyifuWe specifically chose Alila Wuzhen for our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a birthday cake 🎂 and upgraded us to a garden villa. The service was exceptional. The serene Alila Wuzhen, with its pristine white architecture, artfully arranged greenery, and minimalist design reminiscent of a traditional Jiangnan ink painting, truly amazed us with its 'a step, a new scene' aesthetic. The adjacent Egret Wetland Park is also a must-see. We especially enjoyed the hotel's travel photography service. Li Li, our photographer, was incredibly patient, humorous, and charming with guests – a promising talent for the future.
