📍Wuzhen Scenic Area A highly recommended hotel! It's super convenient, just a 2-minute drive from the West Scenic Zone, and they offer a very thoughtful shuttle service. The dining is a major highlight; it's not your typical buffet. Instead, they prepare authentic local specialties tailored to your preferences. Then there's the ambiance and culture: the unique portrait of 'Zaki Lamu, the ******* Goddess of Wealth' is a must-take photo op! Many small items in the hotel, from the raw materials to the DIY designed furniture and ornaments, are personally selected and crafted by the owner. Plus, there's a really impressive sound system. The rocking horse is a big hit with the kids, and the treasure-filled 4th floor has an art studio that's quite an eye-opener. Each room has different furniture, and the beds are all made from antique boat wood, giving each room a unique style. Some small decorations in the rooms are also DIY. It's not quite a guesthouse but not quite a club, and definitely not a club but not quite a guesthouse – truly one-of-a-kind and highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to the first parking lot of Xitang Ancient Town Scenic Area, with direct access to the hotel lobby from the underground parking. The front desk service was excellent. They proactively arranged a shuttle to take our elderly family members to the scenic area entrance and recommended restaurants. They also gave us a great tour route for the ancient town. The hotel facilities are pretty good, and the zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) for breakfast were delicious.

The hotel's design is in the style of a Chinese courtyard, which perfectly complements the ancient town of Xitang. As for the service, since it was my son's birthday, the hotel even did some simple decorations, giving my little one a pleasant surprise. Finally, I have to praise the hotel breakfast – it's definitely 'small but exquisite.' Although the space isn't large and the variety isn't extensive, the ingredients, taste, and all other aspects are excellent. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer this time. Plus, the hotel is very close to Xitang. It's definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Xitang.

The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay. The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch.

I arrived around noon. There was a staff member at the entrance who helped with parking. As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a very pleasant scent, and the elevator also smelled nice. The front desk attendant gave me a toiletry bag. After checking into the room, I took a quick look around. Although the room wasn't large, it was quite clean and had a small fridge, which is perfect for keeping drinks cold in hot weather. The only minor issue was that the shower hose kept getting tangled, making me think the water pressure was low, but unscrewing and reattaching it fixed it. I really appreciate that when you order takeout and input your room number, a staff member brings it up to you. The hotel is directly across from the entrance to Xizha Scenic Area, and there are many small shops and restaurants nearby.

We came for our child's spring break, and this is one of the highly praised, hidden gem family-friendly hotels we discovered. **Environment:** As one of the official Wuzhen hotels, it's just a stone's throw from the Water Market and very close to Lingshui Residence and the Mao Dun Memorial Museum. It's perfectly situated for watching the Water Screen Fantasy at night. **Facilities:** My child absolutely loved it here! From Super Wings merchandise to LEGO bricks and bedtime storybooks – there was so much to do, they couldn't keep up! The facilities are comprehensive, with thoughtful arrangements and designs specifically for children. **Service:** The service was excellent and professional. When we returned to the hotel after being out, the front desk staff would kindly greet us. A big thank you to the staff, including the male attendant, for their service. What truly stood out was the hotel's complimentary, no-reservation dim sum breakfast buffet. You just scan to order! This allowed our family to fully immerse ourselves in a delicious, characteristic waterside breakfast. It was the most memorable and perfect experience of our entire trip.

The location within the scenic area is very convenient for getting around. A special shout-out to the front desk lady – she was so gentle and patient, and processed our check-in meticulously. The breakfast spread was generous. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive. The courtyard environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and quiet. This will be my top choice when visiting Xitang, and I'll definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Room 37 at the Wuzhen Homestay over the weekend. Its location inside the West Scenic Zone is its biggest advantage, making night excursions incredibly convenient. There's no need to rush for a shuttle bus out of the scenic area; you can enter and exit freely, and when you're tired, you can just head straight back to your room to rest. Even after 10 PM, I could still stroll on the bridge in my pajamas, enjoying the evening breeze and watching the lights of the riverbanks reflect on the water—an experience that would be hard to have if staying outside the scenic area. The room's hygiene was good, the bedding was clean and odorless, and facilities like the air conditioning and hot water all worked perfectly. The old wooden stairs made a slight creaking sound when walked on, which is typical of older houses and didn't detract from the overall living experience. The homestay is uniformly managed by the scenic area, not privately operated, and all staff are scenic area employees. The service is standardized and consistent; inquiries about routes, performance times, and other information were accurate, with no pushy recommendations. A hand-drawn map wasn't provided at check-in, but the front desk had official guide maps that were clearly marked. For breakfast, there were two set menus to choose from: noodles or wontons. Both were freshly cooked, hot, and substantial. Overall, staying within the scenic area was hassle-free and convenient, offering great freedom for night tours and a high degree of standardized service. I highly recommend it with five stars and would prioritize staying at a homestay within the scenic area again on future visits.

Komori service is very good, basically responsive, on call. Then the environment is really good, greening, amusement facilities are perfect. Because the first time I went there was no experience, I arrived at night. Although it was open during the day, I could play at will because of the hotel at night. So I went to explore at night, it was amazing, there were many slides, jungle flying people (I don't know if it was called this name), and the net bed above the jungle was jumping and exploring. That was the most exciting. Adults and children were very happy. The house is not cleaned well. I stayed for two nights. When the house was cleaned, we said whether the sheets could be changed and the room was cleaned. The aunt immediately said that we did not change the sheets (I don’t know if I didn’t even change the sheets), and then when I came back, I found that the paper was not changed. The dental toiletries were not changed, and then even the room was not cleaned, and there was a lot of sand. The breakfast was great, the variety was varied and unlimited, and the taste was very good!

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!
