dyhxWhat a beautiful hotel, from outside to inside. It's located just outside Xitang Scenic Area, but they have a backdoor through the garden where the staff can escort and bring guests thru so you don't have to pay again for a ticket to enter the attraction.
Every bit of the room is spacious, from the bathroom to shower area to the bedroom. I love how the bed faces a full ceiling to floor window where you can wake up to a lovely view while still lying in bed.
The bed and pillows are firm and comfy. The water pressure in the shower is good but hard to control the temperature. The hair dryer is a little weak and took a while to dry my short hair. The room also came with a generous plate of fresh fruits.
Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet was simple, nothing fancy but the usual staples are there and food quality is ok. The live noodles station was the best for me, can't go wrong with hot noodles soup & wantons, especially on a cold morning.
Was given a beautiful tea cup as a farewell gift at check-out.
Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend anyone planning to stay a night at Xitang to stay here!

ShenmenichengdoumeiyouThe hotel's design is in the style of a Chinese courtyard, which perfectly complements the ancient town of Xitang. As for the service, since it was my son's birthday, the hotel even did some simple decorations, giving my little one a pleasant surprise. Finally, I have to praise the hotel breakfast – it's definitely 'small but exquisite.' Although the space isn't large and the variety isn't extensive, the ingredients, taste, and all other aspects are excellent. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer this time. Plus, the hotel is very close to Xitang. It's definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Xitang.

Anonymous UserIt was very convenient to extend my stay directly. The breakfast options were decent and the food was quite good. The front desk staff provided excellent service, helping me with food deliveries several times and being very patient. It rained a lot these past few days, but the air conditioning on the second floor kept things comfortable, so I didn't find it humid. It's also quite close to the #2 entrance of the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area.

jingjihaiWe came for our child's spring break, and this is one of the highly praised, hidden gem family-friendly hotels we discovered.
**Environment:** As one of the official Wuzhen hotels, it's just a stone's throw from the Water Market and very close to Lingshui Residence and the Mao Dun Memorial Museum. It's perfectly situated for watching the Water Screen Fantasy at night.
**Facilities:** My child absolutely loved it here! From Super Wings merchandise to LEGO bricks and bedtime storybooks – there was so much to do, they couldn't keep up! The facilities are comprehensive, with thoughtful arrangements and designs specifically for children.
**Service:** The service was excellent and professional. When we returned to the hotel after being out, the front desk staff would kindly greet us. A big thank you to the staff, including the male attendant, for their service. What truly stood out was the hotel's complimentary, no-reservation dim sum breakfast buffet. You just scan to order! This allowed our family to fully immerse ourselves in a delicious, characteristic waterside breakfast. It was the most memorable and perfect experience of our entire trip.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is quite good. There are many hotels in Xitang, mostly old-house guesthouses, and their quality varies. This one, however, is quite ideal. It has that tranquil, ancient charm of the old town, but the actual living experience is quite modern. We've stayed in many guesthouses before, and most weren't suitable for kids. But 'Lightyear Hotel' is perfect; the facilities, amenities, breakfast, etc., are all very thoughtful. The service from the hotel manager was also very dedicated, thumbs up!

Guest UserBooked this hotel for a trip to Wuzhen with my child for an exam, hoping to do some sightseeing as well.
It was a great experience.
The front desk staff proactively added me on WeChat to understand our itinerary and check-in time. Upon arrival, they even upgraded our room for free. We had a direct view of the artificial lake in the courtyard, which was quiet and beautiful.
They also sent some helpful tips to avoid common tourist traps beforehand, which was much appreciated.
The hotel is very close to the scenic area; it only took us about ten minutes to walk to Xizha. There were also plenty of good restaurants nearby with delicious food. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Guest UserThe room we stayed in was 49B. It has been renovated from an old house, but everything was very clean and neat, and it was really quiet at night.
The only thing I would like to mention is that the power outlet was quite loose, so my phone would charge for a while and then stop charging intermittently.
The owner was really friendly and nice. However, the breakfast was not quite to our taste, which may simply be due to differences in taste and preferences.

Axibuchixiangcai.
I was truly impressed by the Yinhe Sanju B&B during my trip to Wuzhen! The location is fantastic – close to the scenic area, making it convenient to go out yet still quiet and peaceful. As soon as I walked in, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. The environment is clean and tidy, and the decor is very stylish, not like those cookie-cutter 'influencer-style' places. It felt incredibly relaxing to be there. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The attention to detail was excellent, right down to the toiletries. The owner is super enthusiastic, always ready to help, and has a wonderful attitude. They even offered thoughtful tips for exploring the area. It didn't feel like staying in a hotel at all; it was more like visiting a friend's home. The common areas are also great for photos, you can snap some amazing shots effortlessly. Overall, the experience was top-notch, with incredible value for money. I had a comfortable stay and a great time. When I left, the owner even gave me some Gusaobing, a special Wuzhen pastry, which was quite delicious. I took a few boxes to share with friends. Next time I'm in Wuzhen, I'll definitely choose this place again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Wuzhen – you can't go wrong, just book it!

JinikaWe are South Africans, living in Jiaxing, always looking for a nice place to visit around the city. This has by far been the BEST place we’ve ever stayed at locally. Our expectations are quite high and we typically look for 4 and 5 star resorts to stay in. When a friend recommended this place, I never imagined it would be as perfect as it was. We could fault absolutely nothing! It was literally a 12 out of 10 experience. We stayed in the family-sized loft. It was super tidy and clean. The sky windows had us in love. The unit looked over the lake and we had amazing service all round. Anytime we called reception for a golf cart ride, a water top-up, or for more body wash… they were there instantaneously. Every question we asked was answered with the most informative answer. The entire experience of the theme park was beyond spectacular. There is something for everyone. Even as adults, we played with Ii our kids on the swings and went feeding the animals. We were never bored for a moment of our weekend long stay. The park is absolutely well maintained and very well-thought out. We also thoroughly enjoyed the barbecue experience at the bonfire on Saturday evening. This is undoubtedly a place we will be visiting regularly as it is only a 30 minute drive away from home, but is an absolute retreat. Thank you to everyone who we came into contact with. We are truly so taken aback by our experience.

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!
