Huge thanks to the front desk staff at Muyue for upgrading my room! The family terrace room was absolutely, incredibly comfortable. Having a terrace right outside the room meant I could experience Xitang without even leaving. The room layout was fantastic too – a king bed and a single bed, two sinks, and a bathtub. I'd definitely book this room again next time, even if it costs a bit more. The breakfast was also great, light and tasty. All the service staff were excellent. Plus, there's a shuttle right outside that takes you to the scenic spots. Highly recommend Muyue, I'm extremely satisfied!

Pet-friendly hotel with incredibly thoughtful service! The combination of traditional Hanfu attire and the garden scenery makes for stunning photos everywhere you look. The room facilities are quite comprehensive; the smart controls for lighting are convenient, the hairdryer works well, and there's even a coffee machine. It made for a very hassle-free stay. I'll definitely come back next time!

The hotel itself is elegant, peaceful, and maintained to the highest standards. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We truly felt at home and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience!

We chose this hotel when we took our kids to Wuzhen for a competition. The room was spacious and came with a fridge. The cleaning staff tidied up every day. It's also very close to Xizha, just a few minutes' walk away. We originally booked three nights online, and the kids loved Wuzhen and Wucun so much that they wanted to stay a couple more days after the competition. However, it was a Friday and Saturday, and with other competitions going on, the platform prices were already quite high. We asked the proprietress if she could give us a discount, and she was very accommodating, extending our stay for two nights at the same price we booked online. She's a kind and lovely person. We'll definitely stay here again when we come for the competition next year! I forgot to take photos of the hotel, though, so here are a few pictures of Wuzhen and Wucun instead.

We came for our child's spring break, and this is one of the highly praised, hidden gem family-friendly hotels we discovered. **Environment:** As one of the official Wuzhen hotels, it's just a stone's throw from the Water Market and very close to Lingshui Residence and the Mao Dun Memorial Museum. It's perfectly situated for watching the Water Screen Fantasy at night. **Facilities:** My child absolutely loved it here! From Super Wings merchandise to LEGO bricks and bedtime storybooks – there was so much to do, they couldn't keep up! The facilities are comprehensive, with thoughtful arrangements and designs specifically for children. **Service:** The service was excellent and professional. When we returned to the hotel after being out, the front desk staff would kindly greet us. A big thank you to the staff, including the male attendant, for their service. What truly stood out was the hotel's complimentary, no-reservation dim sum breakfast buffet. You just scan to order! This allowed our family to fully immerse ourselves in a delicious, characteristic waterside breakfast. It was the most memorable and perfect experience of our entire trip.

Clean, hygienic, and a great environment. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a good night's sleep until morning. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the location is convenient, right in the ancient town as soon as you step out. Great value for money, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very comfortable and modern, and the location is excellent: it is very close to the main tourist entrances and attractions. We could reach both on foot in less than 15 minutes. That made a big difference, because we could go out in the morning, come back at lunchtime to rest at the hotel, and then go out again with energy to explore and relax. For us, that was very important. The room was extremely comfortable, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable too. The shower was very large, and shampoo was provided. The bathroom did not have a Japanese-style toilet, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. One thing to keep in mind: the hotel has a policy of not changing the sheets or making the bed automatically every day. If you want that done daily, you may need to ask, and even then, don’t count on it. Still, overall it was a great stay, and I would recommend it, especially for the location and comfort.

This time, I stayed in a guesthouse within the Wuzhen Scenic Area, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience! The room rate already included scenic area tickets, luggage transfer, and a morning tea experience. If you don't want the morning tea experience, you can also choose the breakfast prepared by the guesthouse; it's either one or the other. We stayed in Room 57, a twin room by the water. Its location is pretty central in the scenic area, making it convenient to get anywhere without having to walk a long way to reach the other end of the area. The room overlooks the water, and the river view is absolutely stunning! It's very pleasant to stroll around the room's vicinity in the morning and evening. The room itself was also good; the bedding was comfortable, it came with a mosquito net, and all basic amenities were provided. The host was very nice and friendly. On the day of check-out, we were in a hurry and didn't have time to arrange for luggage transfer. The host even helped us call a car and carry our luggage to the waiting area, which was truly thoughtful. Regarding soundproofing, we did encounter noisy guests in the adjacent room at night. However, most guesthouses within the Wuzhen Scenic Area are converted from old buildings, so their age means limited sound insulation. This is actually a common issue that's hard to avoid in scenic area guesthouses. If there's a situation affecting your rest, the host mentioned that you can directly call the main front desk to file a complaint. Overall, the biggest advantage of staying inside the scenic area is not having to rush. You can take your time to walk around, explore, and experience the atmosphere of Wuzhen at different times of the day. We stayed for one night and were very satisfied overall, especially with the location of Building 57 and its riverside view, which were definite plusses.

My two-day, one-night stay at Jiaxing Kaisen Tribe was like a miserable summer camp. On our first day at the hotel, we went to the indoor amusement park, and even hotel guests were charged 30 yuan per person – a practice I've never seen in other hotels. The air conditioning in the amusement park wasn't even fully operational in such hot weather. The kids were stuffy and hot inside, and even after I told the staff three times, they kept saying it would cool down soon. Then I realized this was just the beginning. The hotel rooms were consistently stuffy, and the air conditioning only started working after dark. Other parts of the amusement park, such as the Starry Sky Auditorium, Yunhe Restaurant, and the breakfast restaurant, were like this – only one air conditioner was running in a row. No matter where you went, it was unbearably hot. Are you trying to save electricity, or are you just torturing your guests? How can you charge so much money with the air conditioning running at such a low level in this heat? I've never seen a room cooler outside than inside during the hottest days of summer. Even though the room was supposed to be cleaned, the windowsill was covered in mosquitoes, the faucets were rusty, the toilet water was pale yellow, and there were even door handle stickers left by previous guests on the doorknobs. Secondly, I have to complain about the indoor amusement park, carousel, and mini-train. The hottest part of summer is the afternoon, and even the indoor amusement park closes at 6 PM. This means that after dinner, there's nowhere else to go for entertainment within the hotel. It's truly an unprecedented hotel experience. Finally, the only thing worth praising is the staff. Almost everyone was very friendly, enthusiastic, and hardworking. I hope everyone can enjoy their summer at the hotel, not suffer.

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!
