Nanhu Hotel is right next to Nanhu Lake, with two small gates that allow direct access to the lakeside promenade using your room card, and the greenery is excellent. The hotel has a pool; although small, it's good for swimming. However, the men's and women's changing rooms are separate from the pool, so you have to walk through a public corridor after changing to get to the pool area, which felt a bit inconvenient."

It featured various local specialties, all with natural flavors and quality ingredients."

"Advantages: The hotel is newly opened, the room is very good, the parking is also convenient, the entrance is the ground parking lot Small disadvantage: I waited for a long time to check in at the store. Several staff members didn’t understand why. I stood at the front desk for a while. The staff with the iPad came over to dock. I told the news as soon as I came in. In addition, we ordered a milk tea. I waited for half an hour and didn’t come. Calling to ask the front desk that the robot is too busy, and the efficiency needs to be improved. The room we stayed in seemed to be a few rooms left, because the door was opened in the past. After taking a bath, I found that there was hair on the small towel. I didn’t know if I didn’t change the grass or something. I didn’t dare to use it. In addition, there was no bag in the trash can in the room. I don't know if it was just finished cleaning and I didn't have time. There is room for improvement in all aspects of the newly opened store, but the price is not low. I hope to catch it. The overall is still satisfactory."

"Traveling from a nearby area, this hotel is excellent overall. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff, YY, was very responsive. The hotel is also very close to the scenic spots, just a short walk away. I also tried the hotel's buffet, which was quite delicious with a good variety of options. My overall experience at the hotel was very good."
Jiaxing Yuanhu Hotel
"A bit disappointing. The location and ambiance are top-notch. The rooms are very small. The price is only slightly lower than Nanhu and Marriott, but the service is much worse. 1. The hotel slippers are reusable. This wasn't mentioned during check-in. I wore them for a while and thought they were fine before noticing "not complimentary" on them (to prevent others from taking them?). The front desk said they would disinfect them and that they had disposable ones available. Honestly, I felt uncomfortable, so they should at least have informed me and let me choose. 2. When I wanted to apply hand sanitizer to retrieve my ring, there wasn't any. I asked the front desk, and they said they had put some in before, but someone had put some unknown liquid in it… But so many hotels provide hand sanitizer; others can inspect the packaging, but you only have 21 rooms and you can't? Because I was worried about not having hand sanitizer, I only noticed the ring was turning purple when I started spinning it. 3. Breakfast: I won't comment on how good it was, but the coffee machine was broken (it couldn't make lattes, only black coffee). When I asked the restaurant lady, she nonchalantly said, "Yeah, it's broken, there's only one..." 4. At the front desk, the water delivery person used the informal "you" (您) when I used it, but the other person used "you" (你), without any polite language. Honestly, I was a bit shocked."

"My friends and I went to see Li Bo's stand-up show. We had booked a reservation at the Boya Garden Hotel near the Grand Theater. We arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM to check in. The May Day holiday was still quite busy, so we booked a business king room, and the hotel upgraded us to a garden-view room. The small garden was beautiful, and in nice weather, we could play cards and drink tea with friends. It was so comfortable! Here are some beautiful photos of the small garden and the beautiful Li Bo."

"The hotel has comprehensive facilities and excellent sanitation. I usually prefer a firm pillow, but when cleaning, the waiter noticed I had folded a bath towel on my pillow. Guessing I prefer a firmer pillow, they proactively prepared a buckwheat pillow for me. I was pleasantly surprised. The waiter was incredibly attentive and had excellent emotional intelligence. Thank you, Wang Yunchang, the waiter on the 20th floor. Thumbs up!"

"This year, we chose to spend Chinese New Year in the countryside again, where we could set off firecrackers, which added to the festive atmosphere 🧨. We booked Yuanshe in advance, and the rural environment was as quiet and spacious as ever. Upon check-in, we learned that Yuanshe is a ******* Buddhist-themed establishment. The staff lit incense and led us to our rooms, which were all detached villas, offering both privacy and tranquility. They also provide three meals a day; breakfast was relatively simple, but every night there was a sweet soup to help us sleep, which was very comforting after a long day. On New Year's Eve afternoon, we also experienced Yuanshe's blessing ceremony. The sound of firecrackers at night truly created the festive atmosphere! Just a small personal suggestion: The restaurant allows dogs to dine in, but from a hygiene perspective, I wouldn't recommend bringing dogs into the restaurant. It's best to wait outside."

"This is the hotel where I've stayed the most times, for the longest duration, and which offers the best value for money in Jiaxing. Its location is super convenient for transportation; bus 97 goes directly to Jiaxing South Station, and bus 3 goes straight to Jiaxing Railway Station, no transfers needed. The area is surrounded by shops, making daily life easy. The Canal Park next to the hotel has beautiful scenery, it's peaceful and a great spot for a walk. The front desk staff are warm, polite, patient, and professional. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was pristine with no strange odors. The cleaning staff were genuinely friendly, thoughtful, and attentive, making a traveler far from home feel a warmth like that of being at home. My sincere thanks to all of you; I'll definitely stay at your hotel again if I have the chance."
