Hampton by Hilton Jiaxing Canal ★★★★
"The room was great! We got a free upgrade! It was very spacious with a nice view of the canal from the window. Plus, it's right next to Wanda Plaza, so grabbing a bite to eat was super convenient! The front desk staff were also really helpful and patient, especially since we were traveling with kids and had a lot of requests. Thumbs up!"
Homeinn Cloud Four Seasons Hotel (Jiaxing Nanhu Branch) ★★★
"🏨I was on a business trip in Jiaxing, near Nanhu Lake. The hotel is very cost-effective, the room is very clean, and the service is very thoughtful. I will choose here again next time. The hotel upgraded the room type. The floor-to-ceiling windows are close to the crossroads. There are few people here and it is not noisy at night. Although The corridor is a bit crowded, but the overall feeling is very good for this price"
Taizhou Grand Hotel (Jiaxing South Lake Railway Station) ★★★
"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The value for money is exceptional, making my trip to Jiaxing incredibly comfortable! **Service**: The service was excellent, very warm and polite. When my remote ran out of battery, they came to replace it even though it was very late, and they never entered my room without permission, showing great respect for privacy. **Environment**: The space is very large, and the bathroom is also spacious. For a hotel at this price point, the toilet paper in the restroom was even folded into a triangle for easy pulling! **Facilities**: There's a small round table, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The air conditioning heats up quickly and works very well."
Yijia Hotel (Jiaxing Nanhu Railway Station) ★★
"The hotel is ideally located between Nanhu Scenic Area and Yuehe Street, with both attractions roughly a kilometer away. The hotel's parking lot is quite small, only fitting around ten cars. Right by the entrance, on Jianguo South Road near Pingshan, is the Wufangzhai main store. It's always bustling, and the prices seem very reasonable! If you're looking for green spaces, Nanhu is the place to go; for charming old streets, Yuehe is perfect. Jianguo South Road is a commercial street, and Shaonian Road is also nearby. The hotel facilities were reasonably clean, and considering the price, it offers good value for money."
Vienna International Hotel (Jiaxing Longding Wanda Plaza) ★★★
"Room is clean and comfortable"
CHAMJOY Hotel (Jiaxing Nanhu Moon River Ancient Street) ★★★★
"good good good"
Homeinn Select Hotel (Jiaxing Nanhu Tiandi Yuehe Historical District Branch) ★★★
"The room was very clean and comfortable."
Hyatt Place Jiaxing Nanhu ★★★★
"This is a brand new hotel with excellent facilities. Parking is convenient, and right across the street is Nanhu Tiandi, which has everything you need – dining, entertainment, and activities for kids. Since the hotel is so new, there's still a slight smell in the hallways, but they've placed air purifiers everywhere, and thankfully, the rooms themselves have no odor. The sofa bed that can be made up is a great design. The towels shed a bit of lint, which just goes to show how new everything is. Although the hotel breakfast doesn't have a huge selection, everything is exquisite. The noodles and wontons are delicious, and the shaomai are a must-try. The coffee from the machine is also very good. Our butler, Cindy, provided very detailed and thoughtful service."
Zihuayuan Hotel ★★
"The location is pretty good, with a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient. The cleanliness is acceptable, and the price is quite reasonable. I'd suggest spending a little more for a more comfortable stay."

Hilton Jiaxing
"Booked a suite at the Hilton Jiaxing via Trip.com, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the expansive space. The living room and bedroom were distinctly zoned, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque panorama of the city skyline blending with the serene lake. With the lights on at night, the ambiance was absolutely captivating. Every detail in the suite showed thoughtful consideration: the bedding was cloud-soft, allowing me to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation and an oversized bathtub, perfect for soaking away a day's fatigue. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!"
Chalon International Hotel
"Thank you so much, delicious food, polite stuff, convenient room."
Nanhu Hotel
"The rooms are all good, and having a balcony is a great plus. The Chinese restaurant is excellent – generous portions, reasonable prices, and the taste rivals Black Pearl-rated establishments. The Japanese restaurant, however, was a bit underwhelming. Many of the banquet halls are decorated to a national guesthouse standard with first-class decor. There's a railway line right in front, but it doesn't affect the soundproofing at all. The Jiaxing South Lake Hotel truly feels like a state guesthouse; it would be perfect if the service details were just a little more refined. Breakfast was decent."
Yuehe Hotel
"The hotel is right next to Yuehe Ancient Town, making it super convenient to visit. The surrounding environment is also very pleasant. The hotel service is great too; they even gave us hand-knitted bracelets during the Dragon Boat Festival. On holidays, they provide snacks, and the complimentary preserved mangoes were delicious. The only downside is that the bar next door is quite loud. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite on the second floor and could still hear some noise."
JEROME Hotel
"First time staying here. It was clean and hygienic, and very quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. The breakfast was quite good. The overall decor and standard feel a little under four-star. Getting food delivered was a bit of a hassle; I had to use the room phone to dial 0, connect to the front desk, and confirm with them before the concierge could send the delivery up with a robot. It felt unnecessarily complicated for a first-time experience."
CHAO HOTEL
"The hotel is really decent, and the gym is fantastic as well as swimming pool. This hotel have the potential to go 5 stars but there is so much more that need to be improve. The breakfast is just so so so below par. Everything else is actually fantastic, there is a electric tram from the railway station straight to the front of the hotel and the room is spacious, the room is also clean and breakfast area looks good, just the food is not great....so looking forward for their improvement... I would definitely stay here again and again and hope they improve as times goes by."
LANDISON PLAZA SUNSHINE HOTEL JIAXING
"Booked a standard room. It was quite small, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The duvet also made a lot of noise. My kid really enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The breakfast was plentiful, and overall, it was good value for money considering it was during the May Day holiday."
Parkyard Hotel Jiaxing (Nanhu Scenic Area Branch)
"The hotel enjoys a prime location, nestled against the Nanhu Lake water system and facing the Convention and Exhibition Center. Surrounding it are newspaper offices, the city government, and the sports center. The hotel occupies a large area with ample green space and cherry blossoms. The room is spacious and well-lit. The amenities were once four-star or higher, including a small refrigerator, safe, and scale. Twinings tea bags were provided, and a hair dryer was in a bag. A shoe horn and clothes brush were neatly arranged. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, including a shower and a bathtub. A folding makeup mirror and retractable clothesline spoke volumes about the hotel's past. The buffet breakfast, both Chinese and Western, was well worth the extra cost. It included hot dishes, fried rice, porridge, dim sum, bread, cake, salad, freshly ground coffee, milk, soy milk, and three types of noodles were available in the open area. Zongzi (rice dumplings) were also available, and the texture was just like supermarket cereal. The oatmeal with cold milk was excellent, offering not only the usual suspects but also nuts like almonds, melon seeds, and walnuts. There are separate indoor and outdoor dining areas, and the outdoor area is a good option when the weather is nice. The front desk service was quite friendly. Disadvantages (in the room I stayed in): After the bathtub is filled with water, the plug won't open and needs to be pried out manually, which is painful for my fingernails. The bathroom door won't close; it seems the lock doesn't fit the door frame. Aside from the bedside lamp and main switch, there are no individual controls. For a stay within 300 RMB with breakfast for two, I recommend it."
Ramada by Wyndham Jiaxing
"The room was spacious and very clean. Parking at the hotel was convenient, and we received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. It's only about a twenty-minute drive from the South Lake Scenic Area and Yuehe Scenic Area."
Greentree Eastern Hotel (Zhongshan West Road, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing)
"This stay was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star rating! The hotel's location is superb, with shopping centers and convenience stores all around, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and daily commutes. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, I felt a warm welcome. The staff were very efficient with check-in, and they even proactively offered welcome drinks. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and local dining recommendations, and even helped me plan my itinerary for the next day—it was all about the details. The room exceeded my expectations; it was spacious, bright, and spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, instantly washing away my fatigue. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation design, and the toiletries were complete and brand new. Even the hot water supply was consistently timely and stable. The breakfast selection was rich, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit were especially delicious, catering to various tastes. The public areas were clean and tidy, the elevators ran smoothly, and even the free Wi-Fi signal was stable, making it easy to work or stream without issues. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless. Every staff member greeted me with a smile, truly making me feel at home. To enjoy such excellent service and facilities at this price point is incredible value for money. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!"
Oceania Hotel
"The hotel is easy to find and parking is free. I entered the hotel at 4 pm and couldn't get a room smoothly. It's a pity that this is the first time in decades. Waiting for afternoon tea at the reception desk. The hotel has everything you need, including pen rulers, needlework, free fruits, drinks, mineral water, etc. for students, which is unexpected. The double bed is relatively soft and the room is as big as in the advertising photos, which is suitable for business. Breakfast is rich and colorful, not a simple meal. The hygiene is very unsatisfactory. Thick dust accumulates on the glass where drinks are placed. The service staff has not wiped it for 800 years, and the foreperson has not checked for 800 years. There was also dirt under the glass. No one could see the large area of the hotel clearly, only the guests could see it... When I left, the front desk gave children toys and paper towels. The front desk was very nice. The health aspect is almost the worst, other than that, it's acceptable. But who would choose such an unhygienic hotel?"
Langyue Business Hotel
"This accommodation experience is particularly good. The front desk lady is very welcoming. She will call you in advance to confirm the arrival time and the room type you want. After checking in, the room is very large and there are snacks provided. Recommended!"
Rezen Hotel Fortune Jiaxing
"The room was spacious and bright, with complimentary welcome fruit. The breakfast was excellent and varied. Both the front desk and room service were very good. It's a fantastic hotel that I highly recommend."
JI Hotel (Jiaxing Wanda Plaza)
"I like this service system. Good."
Jiaxing Nanhu World Trade Center Atour Hotel
"A second time book this hotel, worth the price and worth for the location."
Crystal Orange Jiaxing Nanhu
"The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel environment is very elegant. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the facilities were well-equipped. It's also conveniently located with great transportation access nearby. Highly recommended!"
