"Big thanks to Meng from the front desk and all the other friendly staff! The hotel even upgraded my room to one with a balcony. Stepping out, I could take in both the city skyline and the canal views. It's the plum rain season, and seeing Jiaxing through the drizzle gave it a unique, classic Jiangnan charm. And to top it off, I absolutely loved the Huangbaobao Guizhou street hotpot downstairs at the hotel – completely exceeded my expectations! The quality of the beef and the authentic Guizhou ingredients had me going back for a second round! What, you think I'm getting off-topic?"

"I came here once before the May Day holiday and had a fantastic experience. I returned at the end of May, and it was excellent again! This time, I got upgraded to an incredibly spacious room – absolutely amazing. The breakfast is still delicious; I just wish it extended until 10:30 AM, as I couldn't make it down for breakfast the next day. The hotel is perfect in terms of location, service, and facilities."

"My son left his tablet at the front desk. I called down to ask the staff, but they said they didn't have it. When I went down to the front desk myself, it was right there. This clearly showed that the front desk staff hadn't bothered to check carefully at the time. Also, there was a clump of hair on the shower wall in the bathroom. My wife saw it while showering and even wondered if another woman had used the shower before her. Although the staff's attitude was good when we communicated later, it's unacceptable for a brand of this reputation to have staff make such basic mistakes. I hope they can improve next time."

"I spontaneously used a flash deal voucher and stumbled upon a newly opened hidden gem of a hotel. My entire experience far exceeded expectations, and I just have to rave about it! What truly impressed me was how pet-friendly it is! Bringing my little dog was completely stress-free. The room came equipped with a full set of pet amenities: a small tent bed, food and water bowls, and pee pads – everything! I didn't have to lug around any pet supplies, which is a huge plus for pet owners. My furry friend was super comfortable. The hotel's public areas are designed with a sophisticated yet cozy feel. Arching corridors paired with transparent floor-to-ceiling windows, and hydrangea floral arrangements placed everywhere created an incredible ambiance. It's a photographer's dream! The hotel even offers a complimentary travel photography service. The photographer was professional and excellent at guiding poses, so the original photos looked fantastic. Every shot looked effortlessly beautiful, exceeding my expectations! The dining experience was also incredibly impressive: The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, a blend of Chinese and Western options. There was salmon, bacon, Western cheeses, fresh-made wontons with thin wrappers and delicious fillings, smooth and comforting porridge, and soft, glutinous siu mai for dim sum. From light congee to hot dishes and appetizers, the selection was vast, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. Our stay also included a complimentary Chinese lunch. We added two local specialty dishes: tender water caltrop from Nanhu and minced pork with eggplant. These were authentic Jiangnan flavors; the eggplant was stewed to perfection and incredibly flavorful, while the water caltrop was sweet and refreshing. Every dish was a hit, and the taste was spot-on. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Cindy. Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. She proactively communicated our needs before check-in and was always available during our stay, patiently and meticulously resolving any issues. The room amenities were comprehensive, and the attention to detail was excellent, making our stay comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely ask for Cindy next time! The service experience was perfect. The overall hardware facilities were brand new and spotless. The room was spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the lighting and ventilation were excellent. The only minor regret was that the hotel didn't have a mahjong room. My friends traveling with me had hoped to play a few rounds after dinner, so that was a slight drawback. Aside from that small imperfection, everything about this trip – the food, accommodation, environment, service, and pet facilities – was impeccable. It offers fantastic value for money and is a top choice for pet-owning families. I'll definitely be back with my dog next time!"

I was already resigned to buying a new one, but the front desk actually arranged chargers for two phones and even upgraded my room! The only minor drawback is that the water pressure in the shower can be a bit inconsistent. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for business or short trips. I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"The family room for three was absolutely fantastic! The king-sized bed was generously spacious at 1.8m, and the smaller bed was also excellent at 1.35m. What's more, the beds were cleverly arranged with varying heights and distances between them, and they even provided a safety rail for the child, which shows incredible thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The hotel environment is great, parking is convenient, and it's super easy to find dining options and recreational activities nearby. Right opposite, there's a cluster of traditional Chinese garden architecture, with the classic white walls and dark roofs characteristic of Jiangnan style. Breakfast was plentiful, and both the indoor and outdoor dining areas were pleasant. And the service? Absolutely impeccable, couldn't ask for more!"

"As a temporary stay, the lady at the front desk enthusiastically introduced the deluxe double room on the 12th floor. Although the room is not very big, it is very warm and clean, especially the large windows. I like it. There is also a parking space in the underground garage. It's very sufficient, and the breakfast is okay. It's pretty good for this price range."
