"The room is quite big and clean. There is a room to do in advance. Fruits are also delivered. It is recommended to go to Jiaxing Botanical Garden to watch birds. I climb up at 6 o'clock and go to the Botanical Garden. After watching the birds, I have breakfast at the hotel before 10 o'clock. Takeaway is a bit far away."

"The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious, but there's a strong smell of new装修. The set meal service was incredibly slow. The hotel is brand new and located in a quiet area, yet still relatively central. It's about a 20-minute drive to scenic spots and commercial streets, which might or might not be a deal-breaker depending on your needs. We chose this hotel because it was newly opened and had family-friendly facilities. However, because it's so new, the smell of fresh paint and new furnishings in the room was overwhelming. Although the hotel provided an air purifier and sent an aroma diffuser after we complained, the smell was still very noticeable. As someone sensitive to these things, my throat and eyes felt very uncomfortable. We purchased a pre-sale package that included lunch. The portion sizes weren't huge, and the service was excruciatingly slow. If the package wasn't enough, ordering extra dishes was almost impossible, with a warning that it would take at least an hour. I'm not sure if it was due to staff shortages during the holiday or simply that the new hotel wasn't prepared for such a large influx of guests, but overall, it felt like the hotel wasn't ready. The staff were very polite, but clearly understaffed. I stayed on the 17th floor, and the shower water pressure was very low, though the bathtub was fine (no idea why). When I reported it to the cleaning staff, they said it couldn't be resolved at the moment. The room itself was quite spacious for the price range, well-equipped, and very clean. All the service staff were friendly and helpful. The kids' play area isn't large, but it's sufficient for younger children."

"Komori service is very good, basically responsive, on call. Then the environment is really good, greening, amusement facilities are perfect. Because the first time I went there was no experience, I arrived at night. Although it was open during the day, I could play at will because of the hotel at night. So I went to explore at night, it was amazing, there were many slides, jungle flying people (I don't know if it was called this name), and the net bed above the jungle was jumping and exploring. That was the most exciting. Adults and children were very happy. The house is not cleaned well. I stayed for two nights. When the house was cleaned, we said whether the sheets could be changed and the room was cleaned. The aunt immediately said that we did not change the sheets (I don’t know if I didn’t even change the sheets), and then when I came back, I found that the paper was not changed. The dental toiletries were not changed, and then even the room was not cleaned, and there was a lot of sand. The breakfast was great, the variety was varied and unlimited, and the taste was very good!"
