This hotel, built on the former site of Yida Silk Factory, is a sight to behold in itself. Tucked away in the heart of the town, it offers a serene and beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle. With the help of our lovely butler, check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. Following video instructions, we arrived at the Wuzhen parking garage where our butler was already waiting for us, instantly easing any apprehension about visiting a new place for the first time. After entering the scenic area, we took a boat through the entirety of Wuzhen to reach the hotel, truly experiencing the unique charm of a Jiangnan water town from the water. The hotel's butler service truly lives up to its name; unlike many hotels with WeChat concierges who are often slow to respond, every request here was met with an immediate and efficient reply, which was incredibly warm and thoughtful. All in all, I highly recommend Yida as a five-star hotel in Wuzhen. It was definitely the highlight of our perfect trip to Wuzhen! My only regret is not asking for the name of our young, enthusiastic, and very helpful butler. I wish her all the best!

We had a fantastic time in Wuzhen,. thanks to the exceptional service at Splendid Clubhouse . Our butler, Ms. Zhao, was incredible. She took great care of us from arrival and made our stay completely stress-free.
The room was spacious, elegant, and featured top-quality bedding and amenities. We also loved the breakfast, which was made fresh to order and absolutely delicious. The breakfast hall overlooks an infinity pool and a lotus pond in full bloom, a truly picturesque setting.
Thank you, Ms. Zhao and team, for your warmth and hospitality. We hope to be back soon!

Guest UserStaying at the Haining Hualuxe Hotel for my trip to Haining was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star recommendation! The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious.
What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service.
Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy.
All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, Haining Hualuxe is the top choice in Haining. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Haining, and I highly recommend Andy!

Guest UserFirstly, the butler service truly won me over. From a service perspective, it's easily a 5-star plus experience, and considering the price, it felt like an incredible steal. The living environment is superb, giving you the feeling of staying in a prominent household from the Republic of China era. Waking up in the morning, I genuinely thought I had traveled back in time! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, far exceeding what you'd expect in an ancient town. I'd say it's on par with, if not better than, many five-star hotels I've stayed in. You can literally approach your butler with almost any issue you encounter in Wuzhen – it's truly amazing.

Service:
The hotel's service is truly five-star. We were greeted by a staff member named Qingguo, who patiently escorted us from the parking lot back to the hotel and then thoroughly explained various touring strategies for Wuzhen.
Environment:
The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the hotel's gardens and pavilions are perfect for photos, so you don't have to go out and deal with crowds.
Dining:
For breakfast, the hotel offers two dining options, and we chose the one at 'Siyi'. The breakfast here is quite exquisite, what we'd call 'pretty food.' The interior environment is also very photogenic, so you can easily snap some pictures after your meal.

An absolutely wonderful stay! I honestly feel it was worth every penny, and the overall experience was fantastic. We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, and the front desk staff called ahead to confirm and make a note of it. They upgraded our room and even gave us a small cake (the lady at the front desk was so lovely, I wish I knew her name so the hotel could commend her, haha!). Plus, the breakfast selection here is huge, the pool is big, the service is excellent, and the room was spotless. It's definitely a place we'd love to visit again.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

Guest UserExcellent value! This was by far the most comfortable stay I've had on a trip this year. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the beds in the twin room were a comfortable 1.5 meters wide. Breakfast was also very generous; in addition to standard hotel offerings, they had local Jiaxing specialties like *zongzi* (sticky rice dumplings) and *shaomai* (dumplings), so there was plenty of choice. I also checked out the hotel's gym and the kids' castle on the first floor, and both were pretty good. The best value, though, was booking the Anfu Lu cruise through the hotel. It follows the same route as Emperor Qianlong, and a professional guide led the entire tour. Everyone on board even got snacks. The whole journey was incredibly relaxing and pleasant, and I learned a lot of interesting things in a great atmosphere. A big thank you to the gentleman at the front desk – he was handsome and his service was excellent. He even went out of his way to heat something up for me late at night. Next time I visit Jiaxing, I'll definitely choose the Four Points by Sheraton again!

Staying here, right in the scenic area, truly lets you experience Wuzhen. At night, the reflections of the lights dance on the water, and in the early morning, the cobblestone streets are completely empty. During these times, the ancient town is a hundred times quieter and a hundred times more charming than during the day. Our room was a small two-story duplex, with a spacious living room downstairs and a cozy bedroom upstairs. My favorite spot was curling up on the small balcony, watching the traditional sculling boats glide by on the river. The service was also incredibly reassuring. Xiao Shi, from before we even arrived until check-in, answered every question on WeChat quickly and in detail, making it feel like we had a local friend looking out for us. In the morning, I walked to a teahouse, sat by the river, and enjoyed a steamer of siu mai and a bowl of soy milk. This is probably the most gentle way to experience Jiangnan. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to truly settle in and enjoy Wuzhen.

This hotel is beyond 5-star, with a bit of an Amann style. If you love antique items, you'll adore it. There's even a 'babuang' (canopy bed) displayed at the entrance. The hotel offers free admission to the scenic area, so you can explore Wuzhen by yourself late at night. The breakfast is excellent, with three or four types of cheese alone. The beef noodles are also good, with a rich red broth. During the day, I highly recommend visiting the Muxin Art Museum, and then taking a boat ride afterward. You could easily stay for two or three days for an immersive Wuzhen experience.
