5-Star Hotels in Jiaxing

Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

Absolutely amazing! One step into the bustling old street, another into the serene quietude. The hotel is nestled in the ancient town, a hidden gem amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The aesthetics and service are, of course, top-notch. What truly stood out was our butler, Huang Qi, who was incredibly attentive. From arranging transfers to and from the scenic area to meticulously planning our itinerary during our stay, everything was perfectly organized. Wuzhen offers so much to see and do, with many activities requiring reservations and advance planning, and Huang Qi took care of all of it beforehand. Staying within Xizha allowed us to experience Wuzhen in the early mornings and late evenings, avoiding the crowds and enjoying it like a privileged few. Wuzhen has also evolved so much, with technology, theater, and the 'Pillow-Water Homes'... it truly lives up to its reputation as the ultimate ancient town. A truly satisfying trip!

This review is long overdue! During the May Day holiday, a friend recommended Hualuxe for a trip with the kids, raving about the delicious food and excellent service. I didn't expect it to exceed my expectations so much—it was full of delightful surprises and an amazing experience! First, let's talk about the service. It's genuinely the best service I've ever encountered at this price point. Andy thoughtfully sent me tips before check-in, and they tried their best to accommodate any requests. The pre-check-in experience alone was already perfect. After checking in, whenever a staff member downstairs saw me carrying something, they'd proactively ask if I needed help. It truly felt like a home away from home! The biggest highlight, though, has to be their breakfast! It was absolutely fantastic – a huge variety, and everything was delicious. Even the fruit juice was freshly squeezed, and the coffee was incredibly good, easily on par with what you'd buy outside. I've been back in Shanghai for a while now, and I still crave their breakfast! I loved it so much; I'll definitely go back if I get the chance!

We decided to stay two nights inside Wuzhen. We looked at Wuzhen Homestay, Zhensui Hotel, and Shengting Hotel. The others were definitely over budget, so we chose Shengting in the end, which was also the most expensive of the three. Due to Wuzhen's basic infrastructure, the room conditions certainly can't compare to a 1000+ RMB hotel outside, but they were still very good. The hotel has a garden-style layout and no waterfront rooms. A day before check-in, a butler will contact you, and on the day of arrival, the butler will meet you at the scenic area entrance and assist you all the way to your room. The location is also excellent. Wuzhen is essentially just a river with banks, and Shengting is basically in the middle. You step right out onto the main street, making it very convenient for exploring and dining. Breakfast is a set menu with 3 options, all delicious and exquisite. You can also exchange it for the 'early morning tea' experience, depending on your preference. I think eating at the hotel is great, as the 'early morning tea' environment isn't very comfortable this season. Finally, a suggestion: could you please replace the TV? I won't mention other room facilities, but a new TV would be nice. After a long day, it would be great to cast content to the screen and watch what you want. Lastly, Wuzhen is actually pretty good, and it's worth a visit if you haven't been before.

Service: The hotel's service is truly five-star. We were greeted by a staff member named Qingguo, who patiently escorted us from the parking lot back to the hotel and then thoroughly explained various touring strategies for Wuzhen. Environment: The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the hotel's gardens and pavilions are perfect for photos, so you don't have to go out and deal with crowds. Dining: For breakfast, the hotel offers two dining options, and we chose the one at 'Siyi'. The breakfast here is quite exquisite, what we'd call 'pretty food.' The interior environment is also very photogenic, so you can easily snap some pictures after your meal.

I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite. This was my second time in Wuzhen. The last place I stayed wasn't great, and I saw this hotel when I was walking around the gardens with my girlfriends, and it looked really good. So this time, when I came with my family, I booked it directly. It's clean and tidy, the service is warm and friendly, and being a new hotel, all the facilities are excellent. The toiletries are L'Occitane, and the hairdryer is a Dyson. One of the rooms was for two 14-year-old girls, and it had its own separate bathroom and room, offering great privacy. This perfectly met the need for both distance and safety for adults and teenagers. The breakfast was plentiful, and all the hotel amenities were fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

The Four Points by Sheraton Jiaxing boasts an excellent location, making it convenient to get to shopping malls or scenic spots. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, polite, and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were also very courteous. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, perfect for relaxing with a swim after sunset. It's a great spot for a weekend getaway. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

Not only did they upgrade us to a riverside room free of charge, but they also offered invaluable tips and assistance throughout our stay. Whether it was help with our itinerary, transportation, sightseeing recommendations, or any other small query, they patiently helped us with everything. They truly made us feel at home! Thank you so much for your dedication and lovely smiles, which made our Wuzhen trip even more special. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Wuzhen! The hotel's location is excellent, with the scenic shuttle bus going directly to the hotel. Right outside the hotel, you're in the heart of the scenic area, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The butler was very helpful and assisted with our luggage. Any issues were quickly resolved. The room facilities are a bit old, similar to a guesthouse or inn. The hotel breakfast was average; I wouldn't recommend the outdoor dim sum area for breakfast. It gets crowded and stuffy in the summer, and you have to queue up at each stall to buy your food.
